This is proving to be an entertaining and useful walk-through. Thank you for taking the time to create it. If I may comment, you may have missed a helpful hidden room on Flight Deck. If so, it's on the main loop between the two crates that are to the left of the Flight Deck 2/3 entry. There is a light on the panel. Inside the room, to the far right, there is a button that when pressed will (trust me) provide access to the final security camera of the level giving security level zero. 🙂
This game has certainly grown on me...
