that hole and turns one and two looked vicious! it's crazy how brave all the rest of those guys are to drive right through it after seeing the leader take a tumble.
fr, we go there off and on throughout the weeks and its always got a hole in 1&2 usually its on the bottom, but its because of a spring that goes under the track
The driver who was leading while Kyle was in 3rd hit that same spot and actually rolled last night.
@@BigBerg95 bro that's literally what the op said wtf are you talking about
Was there tonight and was so happy to see the 410s back at Eagle!! Really hope they continue to come back year after year, because as long as they do, I will too!!
Rico is a great driver they do put on a good show
Larson...3 in a row.
@@sargeantshamrock8909 Some ppl cant help themselves. A Rico comment and still ppl gotta mouth off. Acknowledge the initial comment or make your own.
@@TassyDeval Don't be a sore loser...Did I tell you Larson has 3 in a row?
@@TassyDeval Okay. I'll acknowledge and respond to the initial comment. Rico has always been a reckless driver who drove over his head, over-drove the car and wore-out his tires. Only now, with Ricky Warner, is Rico starting to really get good. It took Warner over a year to finally get through to Rico's stubborn thick skull.
@@raymond3803 Thats much better. Now all you have to do is stop living in the past, or is that what you do? The initial poster said that this was a good race with a good driver with NO mention of another driver. If that wasn't a true statement, then go and open your own thread with your own view.
The play-by-play commentary of sprint car racing is insane!!👏👏👏
was a great race so happy to have gotten to go there and even meet Kyle Larson and Kasey Khane!
I think they used Khane as a consolation & diversion, to thin out the crowd that was suffocating Larson.
@@raymond3803 yeah Kaseys line was like 15 people long, but Kyles was just mad
I was there last night it was REALLY GOOD, That trench coming into 1 was definitely an obstacle and truly cost Brent marks the race. Otherwise, the track was amazing, no dust. Most people I have seen at Eagle, EVER.
I don't know about anyone else but I'd rather watch Larson race on dirt than in NASCAR .... Late Models, Sprints it doesn't matter just put him on dirt and watch him go
Of course
Oh definitely !! You couldn't pay me 2 watch Nap-car but I would travel hundreds of miles and pay any admission fee 2 watch 410 Sprintcars on dirt !!
Obviously NASCAR $$$ keeps him there, but I couldn’t care less about watching KL drive the taxi cabs anymore. I’d be stoked if he was Dirt Racing FT.
NASCAR money's not paying for his ride
Too bad dirt racing doesn't pay the bills sweetheart!
@@theacgkid it does for Kyle Larson
@@joen5332 Not Kyle Larson's bills, Maybe JD's lol
@@theacgkid what Kyle Larson makes run in sprint cars is enough to cover his bills and Jonathan Davenport does it run sprint cars
It was a damn good feature, one hell of a batlle with rico, marks, kofoid, randall, and scelzi all ran excellent. And so did Larson: needless top efing say! What a race, what a crowd. gonna find me another High limit show soon!
Eagle is on of the coolest track's I have ever watched sprint car's run on!
Oh, I agree. Believe it, or not, Eagle's high banks require more finesse than you think. Especially turns 1 & 2.
@@raymond3803
The last time I was there one of the driver's got ran up the track going into one and hit the pits wide open
@@kevinkelly5430 Eagle is an old track. Dating back to the 60s for sure (Maybe earlier) The original configuration has never changed. I too have seen a sprint car lose control, go up the exit ramp spinning, and into the pits. Happened during hot laps @ WoO show. The car was Bobby Davis Jr. Driving a red #6. Sponsored by Consolidated Credit.
Rico is driving like a Mad Man this year!
What a race!!
Larson will be lurking, always. Don't ever bet against him.
Tony Bokhoven is an awesome pickup for High Limit (and flo), love his energy
Kyle is the new Tony Stewart this dude can drive anything!!
Fantastic racing!!!!!! 🤘🏁🤘
Great racing!
What a great race. Hate that for Marks tho.
They gotta race at the Belleville Highbanks in Kansas!
You know i like larson on dirt in all , but seeing him win literaly every single time he hits the track is starting to get really old.
yep. I cheer against him every time.
@@RedroomStudios i dont root against him, i just hope someone else can win thats all
He doesn't win everytime. No one remembers when he loses.
@@wg5768 cuz not gonna lie it isnt very often that he loses
He does lose. The media has him hyped up along with the announcers and the fans so can you imagine the drivers who beat him when he doesn't win can you imagine how that makes them feel but they do not get the glory very often. He is the reason people like Rico, marks and all the others are doing what they can to improve their driving style. He is literally making beast out of other drivers that normally would be just a good driver. He is making awesome drivers out of them, in my opinion.
Great race. Larson is bad fast regardless of track. Enjoy watching him.... guys like him don't come around everyday.
If you give everyone the exact same equipment, have the same crew chief set them all up, the only thing that sets them all apart is driver. There are levels to this game and nobody is on Larson's level right now
Rico would have more than 50k in earnings if Larson wasn’t running 😭 I’m not mad Larson one or is racing I just wish Rico would be faster than him for a night
Larson...3 in a row.
If had Larson’s money and backing he would be
@@timruth6514 Rico ain't got no $$$....Holy shit...the lack of intellect here is blinding. If you can't win with a million dollars you just can't win.
Awesome 🏁🥇
Nice run hot sauce!
The 'Grove had a same condition in turn 1 during the Johnson era. Weekly shows were 12 car invert handicap, time trial shows developed the same dip after 10 cars using the same line. Times would slow for next 15-20 cars, then slowly return to sometimes see the last few set top time. Saw Sammy have the Hamilton #77 dancing the same except not rolling as Marks.
Great great racing
Now thats racing! Not that boring Nascrap!
Track was rough but Brent Marks probably isn't making any excuses and I bet that he was swearing at himself for a while after his wreck. Just made a mistake and it cost him possibly the win and if not a win a podium finish minimum.
Awesome Kyle Larson!!!
I encourage people to check out the last time 410s raced here. Search World of Outlaw sprint cars Eagle, NE. It was June 13, 2017. Joey Saldana signed on to drive the Wood-Stenhouse #17 for the 2017 WoO season. At this point, Saldana's best finish was a 4th place. Larson shows up unannounced. Jumps in one of Saldana's back-up cars. Took off all of Saldana's left-side arm guards. (cause he's smart enough to leave an exit) Then drove an ill handling car (he'd never driven before) on a foreign track (he'd never seen before) to victory. Passing Pitman on the last lap to get the win. btw: Saldana was fired within 1 week afterward.
Great racer
Last year, Eldora ran 4 races in-a-row.
$10,000 to win, Gravel won it.
$100,000 to win, Marks won it.
$10,000 to win, Gravel won it.
$175,000 to win, Marks won it.
The fact that Marks (An independent driver) opted-out of the races Gravel won (Even though Marks was there) As if to say, $10,000 to win isn't enough for us to drop the door of our trailer. To me is a spit-in-the-face to the World of Outlaws as an organization. And one of the reasons why we are watching sprint cars on Tuesday nights. Pack the stands fuller and pay more money than a regular WoO weekend show. Pay attention folks, High Limit is going to force the Outlaws to change. And do so, in the most legit and honorable way.
Wow wow tha was a awesome battle
Bad luck for marks I don’t think anybody would caught him Larson is just excellent on dirt way to go
Rico gave it everything he had. How does Kyle get so lucky especially when he races more in NASCAR then dirt track racing. He must have some Sneaky Pete Nitros hidden because when he gets to the front he is hard to catch because Rico would kind of get by him but once he got by Kyle going into the turn he couldn't keep the car at full throttle coming out of the turn. It is a very challenging situation when going toe to toe with the best. It takes every once of energy to beat the best.
Two Northern Californians
in the middle of nowhere Nebraska. Eagle is a great track a few hours away
Top 4 from California. 1st, 2nd, 4th from Norcal. 2nd and 4th from SF bay area and both from wine country.

young money gettin' it done!!!
Larson & Rico looked like the old cart days!!
It's great to see Rico running great this season. To me it seems that the last couple years you didn't hear his name a whole bunch.
Larson....3 in a row.
It would have been nice if Marks didn't hit that hole and flipped to see if he kept that large lead he had or it would have been a three-car battle for the win
Race was about to be epic when that first red happened for Mcugh
West Coast Posse is looking pretty strong! 🙂
See why Larson created these big paychecks as he literally owns his own series and cashing in😂😂😂😂
Because the other racers don't make any money either 😂
Only person cashing in is Paul Silva. The check goes to Paul, from there Paul than pays Larson. Larson and Sweet, are making there money from the marketing, production side, and event sponsors. Either way, each event is basically 100K in payouts, 30K in winnings goes to Paul, than 50 percent goes to Larson, than 33 percent goes to the government. So after everything, travel expenses, time away from family, risking his life, hes left with roughly 10K for all his efforts, I would not call that cashing in, when the guy is worth 10+million 😂😂
@@cliff4695 i do believe rico is driving for paul again or hes paying paul for mechanical services
@@tokeypokey Rico has Ricky Warner wrenching for him he won 15 championships wîth Shautz
@@cliff4695 You sure about all that?
Larson's the one guy you don't count out
Marks winning $275,000 last year in one week, was no fluke. Marks had Larson beat here too.
Obviously, it's a blast watching Kyle Larson race and he is so dang good...but how good is Rico this year??? I mean, he is on a whole new level this year.
Great race and I do enjoy Larson . But if him winning every race is going to be a thing it all most becomes not enjoyable to watch. But the race last night was a good one .
Go larson
Eagle raceway seems to have a bad hole or ruts in the turns way too many times and it's a shame because when it's smooth that is one nice and fast track.
Larson doesn't win if Mark's doesn't wreck
Yeah but he did lol. 100% of winning a race is finishing it. 😜
Larson...3 in a row.
Yeah I'm sure Larson wins even with Marks still in it.
@@jamesshetterly4831 Where is your car lil' buckeroo??? Mommy borrowed it???
So, what you're saying is, if KL didn't finish first, he wouldn't have won?
Remember when Larson was winning all those races with Genassi racing, me neither. It's not all driverits also the ones turning the wrenches. Rico wasn't sniffing wins until he got Shatzs crew chief. Yes Larson is an excellent wheel man but he's got alot of help too.
Not discrediting what you’re saying here but he wayyyy out performed his equipment at Ganassi. That team was a year or two behind and he was running top 5-10 every week. Put him in good cars, he wins races. He’s a special talent though.
The dice roll is a joke! No one is going to start further back if Marks,Macri,Larson or Abreu are going to be in front of you. Larson is the only one that did it and wouldn't start further back than eighth. He actually won,but had Lady Luck on his side. Three of the front runners crashed out of the race. He's cherry-picking,just like when the top tier NASCAR drivers race in the lower series. It should not be allowed!
Larson needs to quit taking money away from the full time teams that are trying to make it. Sit out and help run the series like Brad sweet does. I'm a big kyle fan but I don't agree with running your own series and stealing money away from smaller teams
That's exactly what I'm saying, but it' appears he has created, his own ATM to pull cash out of . Don't like the draw give yourself another one . Don't like the officials call stop on the track and change it ,
The only reason Sweet or any of the outlaws don’t run those races more often is because they wouldn’t be eligible to win outlaw championship money.
So Larson is committed to a weekend job but is free in the middle of most weeks, feels racing more makes him a better driver. He has always said he wants to help grow dirt racing and wants more money for sprint/midget purses. A lot of fans want to see Kyle run dirt which is why the races he shows up to are packed with people. The drivers who show up all make a little more money then they would at other races and have a chance to make a lot more for a High Limit win. Bottom line Kyle races more fans more purse money... Don't understand the hate. Don't watch if you don't want to see the 6 or 57.
Rico is class all the way. Congrats to Larson. sprint racing at its finest.
Money makes speed and KL has unlimited funds.
🤘😎
Larson puts up big money he doesn't want anybody to get
If Larson doesn't want all the attention from sprint car & midget fans .............
Right before he times-in, or before his qualifying heat. Put this announcement out on loudspeakers. *_"All sprint cars should have starters and clutches. No more push trucks. I'm Kyle Larson, and I approve this message."_*
@long live the chaz, did you swallow when Larson finished ?
A track condition like that at ANY track is totally unacceptable to me. It is completely unsafe to the drivers. One small scoop of clay and five minutes with a roller could fix that issue. Now it cost Brent Marks tens of thousands of dollars. Great racing guys. The first five positions was a battle from beginning to end.
BOO
That turn 2 track prep was pretty bad. And it cost marks a car
It was not the track prep, it was the dip on the track that has always been there since the track was made
its the track, not the prep its always been there, weekly shows there always have a hole in 1 & 2 usually on the bottom but there are nights 1&2 have a huge hole on the top. mainly always gonna be there because of a spring under the track
@@breindelwisdom5723 sounds like a shitty track cost someone an expensive car
@Jared bruh the fuck you mean? It literally doesn't matter how the track was made or not, it's literally something out of everyone's control that is causing it.
@@tokeypokey If it was so bad he could have packed up and left, but he was out there taking the risk like everyone else.
Always amazes me how many dirt track Karens there are crying about the tRaCk pReP every time there is a bump or a hole or whatever.
that hole is "high limit"
Bogus dip to cost Marks a chance at winning and being injured
That dip has been there since 1963. It hasn't ever moved
That dip is a natural spring, where the track is and always has been softer creating that hole every night. Attempts have been made to fix it and fail, the old system collapsed apparently when the old owner put it in to prevent it.
That bump left it's Mark 😅
@@tylerhendrickson5184 The one that put the old system in is Rico's girlfriends grandfather. I know that you prolly know that, but for those reading this that don't. Have a great season!

may have been a different race had that hole did not take out Marks .....good race , but that hole needs to be corrected ... could get someone killed ....
I don't think that Larson should race in his owen high limit races
He would be one of reasons I would go. I usually go to Eagle once or twice a year, and it is usually to see the big name drivers
Larson is unrelenting lol
I don't think this series is gonna become too popular , ( 4 racers and spectators ), if Larson keeps winning ?
