  • In this episode of Why You Should Fly we take a trip to Las Vegas in the HJet by Marwan Gharib and FlightFX. This very light bizjet is inspired by the HondaJet and is a great fun jet for someone looking for high performance but with a General Aviation feel.

I'm doing a circumnavigation in one of these. I've made it from florida going eastbound all the way across the atlantic, europe, asia, pacific and am on a leg from adak to anchorage as i post this. Its a fun challenge with its limited range. Simulating 2 passengers and a pilot. I find you can push the range a lot farther with a minimum of 1400 to as much as 1600+ with favorable winds. Including realistic diversion reseve fuel. The pacific was a challenge.

How do you cross the Pacific in something this small. Must be pretty fuel efficient.

Thanks for the vid! I love this plane so far. When you were giving a tour of the cabin in the beginning, how did you move the camera around so nicely? Even when I get the camera back there, as soon as I hold down the right mouse button to pan around, it goes back to the cockpit.

Yes your right. A must have for flying. Enjoyed your video & be back for more of the same. It's hard to keep up with the amount of planes out there, I was wondering the Reno Air Racing has jets in it are there any jets in that pack match or beat the handling of the Honda Jet? Again loved the video & congrats.. Slainte 👍💚

Payload got actually much better with the Elite S and Elite II version. Depending configuration you can take 700 lbs in the cabin and have a 1,500 NM range

Nice Video. Thank you. Are the studders just in the video or does the plane take so much FPS?

I think it's more sim than plane this plane performs about as well as any glass plane like the king air or tbm

I'm using Xbox X and the plane is smooth as butter..
Also have V2 update with auto throttle, love it. My favorite so far.
So, what is causing your stutters? What kind of PC are you on?
      Thanx

I'm not a fan of the lighting being controlled via the computer on this especially since I don't think auto is working correctly. I also can't stand not having the ability to remove the info pages from the PFD. It keeps the map smashed into a aspect ratio that isn't as wide as it should be and making it difficult to read anything on the PFD. I'm also not a fan of the autopilot having INOP buttons. If i could I would return this. The Cirrus Vision Jet is much much better than this and still a G3000 setup.
