Throw back Tuesday (is that a thing? If not roll with it!) to that time @bowden5 went through therapy with me... Sorry... Sang therapy with me 😉 (after one rehearsal 😂 !)
This was our duet from Tik Tik Boom at my @seedsupportuk gala last November which Max kindly supported & performed at (waiting for Maxy to share his solos because they are AMAZING!)
I've known Max was leaving Eastenders for a long time & his commitment to his storyline whereby Ben Mitchell struggled with Bulimia was something he was so committed to due to our friendship & my work at SEED & lived experience of an eating disorder, but also his own lived experience of being a loved one of someone affected.
I will always be so grateful for his support, friendship & love over the last ten years. Max, the world is your oyster... Go fly! 😍
One thing I will say is we at SEED are really struggling right now with low man power & being overwhelmed with referalls... I don't think I have the energy to do another gala this year but I am determined to do one next year for our 25TH ANNIVERSARY AS A REGISTERED CHARITY (?!) so in the interim, I'm wondering if people would get behind a smaller cabaret style event open to all public or potentially an intimate corporate event to try & introduce more companies & CSR initiatives to SEED... oh, & I'm thinking of doing a sky dive... I'm petrified of heights...
If I did/organised any of the above, would folk be willing to attend/support? I can't do this without you.
