O.M.G..... i had pictures of Maico's that looked like that on my walls when i was a kid , i took from the motorcycle magazines i bought all of the mags with my paper route money
You are spot on about going for something if you want it. Work hard every day apppreciating your family and tell them you love them. Lost my Grandad in october and im so thankful of the time I got to share with him. He was a great man! A member of the northeast scooter 2 stroke club through the 60's in the uk and his love for bikes got passed on to my Dad and then to me!
You’ve never spoke truer words live for now love your channel and all the bikes brings me back to when I was a child and dreamed about owing any of these bikes
I had a 1975 Maico 250 and it was allot of Bike for a 150 lb wet... kid just riding trails...I still remember the Compression that engine had... Wow Just kick start it wrong and find out and I did .... Your right... We only get one spin on this marble so Enjoy every minute you can and show Love towards all of those near and dear to you...Uncle Al RIP
wow, what a powerful very gorgeous 2-stroke bike and any angle you look at it. How I wish I have this one in my home...Still look like modern retro bike
So much to love about that bike. Such a mix of the newer and older elements at the time. “Beyond the capabilities of most riders”….. Say no more.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
You always have the coolest cycles on your channel! Gorgeous works of art. I had a friend back in the day who had a 1978 400 Maico that I got to try out. Super easy bike to ride. Very smooth power delivery, yet tons of power.
Can't wait to see the Wizad tune on the maico when it gets here! I was all for pulling the trigger on the 700 and stoked to see a holey holey holeshot!!!!
That’s a stunning bike. Man oh man does it bring back great memories. There was a guy who owned a mid 70’s Maico 440 (I think is was yellow). A fast bike yes but also a bit temperamental. During those days we rode to the dirt pits, so if your bike broke down it was a 3 mile push home.
Damn, that brings back memories of the early 70's and the old square barrel Maico 250 that we used to ride the crap out of, that thing was a fast bike for its time and actually handled 1/2 ass decent back then.
My second dirt bike was a yellow, late 60s 360 set up for desert racing. It had a oversize fiberglass tank. It had short travel suspension but handled better than l expected it to. It would beat you up though.
Congratulations on getting your class A!God bless you and your crew! I will definitely be purchasing a 2-stroke Enduro from you guys. I'm just waiting for a bike in my price range. Happy holidays!
That bike had a red frame on it from the factory they were only silver till 1975 and then in 76 they turn red and they were red all the way until 99 best motorcycle ever built Bill Leonardo maaco historian have a nice day God bless USA
Maico is great but the one that impressed me the most were the Bultaco Persang bikes and of course the Yamaha monoshock series nothin like the big bore 2 strokes to bad I wasen't rich I'd have bought them all...!
The 70’s was an amazing time to be growing up reading dirt bike magazine and dreaming about bikes like this.
Yep, why I'm watching. Read Dirt Bike magazine in the early 80's in the school library.

My neighbor had this bike. It was way too much for him. We were 13, lol.

That is one awesome time machine, you guys have some of the best bikes I have ever seen. I would love to still have my 96 cr500
A real piece of ART . Timeless beauty
In my opinion those were the best years. Not only because I lived them but I think the jumps are too insane in motocross racing today
So many motorcycles so little time! Blessings to you and your crew. 👍🇺🇸🤝
