is there a standard torquing value to victaulic bolts?

The majority of Victaulic products DO NOT need to be torqued, including the Style 31 in this video. This helps save installation time for the contractor and allows the installation to be properly visually verified by confirming that the two metal housings are "bolt pad to bolt pad".
If a Victaulic product does have a torque value, it will be cast and easily legible on the coupling housing.
