    “To you alone, O Lord, to you alone, and not to us, must glory be given because of your constant love and faithfulness.”

    Even though we have free will, to accept Christ or not,when the spirit reveals him, and our need,maybe we can't do anything else but accept him.

      john 6:44
      "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day."
      Those whom which the Father draws to His Son will be saved.

      Our will is free in a limited sense due to our nature as creatures and it's corruption by sin. God's will is absolutely free rather than the relative freedom we have. Our wills must be changed from one nature to another in order for us to freely choose God. Imagine that a dead man can't will himself to life. Neither can a prisoner will himself free. Scripture teaches both things regarding our state spiritually. God's sovereign freedom is what gives us the freedom to willfully choose Christ.

    “But let him that Glorieth glory in ‘T-H-I-S’;
    That he ‘U-N-D-E-R-S-T-A-N-D’ and ‘K-N-O-W’ ME,
    That I AM The LORD which exercises ‘Loving-Kindness’,
    Justice and Righteousness in the Earth:
    For In ‘T-H-E-S-E’ Things I Delight, Saith The LORD.”
    (Jer 9:24)

      The ultimate decision lies in God for He chose His sheep from before the foundation of the world. ♥
