- This video is a lesson in the various seasons at Pyramid Lake and continuing to support the article I wrote a few weeks ago.
This is a very informative Video on the "New" Pyramid Lake. If you are fishng the lake the way you did 15 years ago, you need to take a look.
We have some early season dates available as well for guided Pontoon Boat day trips. Do you want to catch that Pyramid fish you have been searching for? Let us show him (or her) to you this season. Early October is when to catch a huge Lahanton Cuttroat Trout. Let us prove it to you.
Pyramid opens on Sunday October 1st. We still have a couple spots available in our 2nd outing on October 13-15. If you want to learn how to catch these fish in the early season, come join us for an amazing weekend of fishing, fun and food.
Look for a fishing report and a new newsletter next week after the lake opens and we get some fishing done.

What advantage does the Ladder have over a boat in the spring? Just curious. Thanks.
The advantages in the spring the fish around March April are all on the shores literally right on the shore you will not be able to hit these fish with a boat
thanks for clearing that up for me. Good luck out there!
Good luck getting in shallow with a boat when they are coming in toward shore. I believe the boats help most when they are down deep
Do you use 7-8wt rods? Single hand or Spey?
it depends on what time of year and the technique but both
