I used to play this at 2 am in discord calls with my friends and the effect it had the first time was tremendous. Nobody knew what was going on but were trying to play it off with jokes about first grade music classes. But as the instruments slowly began to sync, and the distant Bus drew nearer, their comments faded away, left with confusion, anticipation, and heavy dread. My one friend was high as a Kite and physically jumped when the horn honked, and my boyfriend at the time who hated Vengabus recognized it immediately and began wailing in agony. The pounding on the door and low mutterings did not help. After the song cut off, my friends expressed their agony, and I did not play the song again for about 7 months, just so it had enough time to fade from the forefront of their mind but forever haunt the depths. I miss those days.
@@e-mail2673 well one friend just groaned for about 45 seconds straight and the other started swearing at the situation in general it was hilarious and I was cracking up
Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon, in terms of an emotional experience, has _nothing_ on the feelings experienced when listening to this song for the first time. You start off curious at the first few drum beats, wondering what will happen next. Then, as the instruments grow more discordant, you start to feel concerned. This concern grows to fear and downright sensory overload. Then, you hear a faint melody amongst the sea of percussion. The tune sounds familiar, but you can’t quite place a finger on it. The melody starts to sync up with the other instruments as it grows louder. And then The moment hits You finally realize what this all has been leading up to It causes a visceral reaction in your very core All the chaos, All the _terror_ this has inflicted upon you has led up to.... *FUCKING VENGABUS*
Fargodeep Neil would probably hate that as he wouldn't have creative freedom anymore as he'd have to appeal to the masses, who would probably dislike stuff like this.
Y'all know that 6flags challenge at Halloween where they offer money to spend like a day in a coffin? This is the perfect song to listen to while encompassed in the darkness (:
Yeah. I often times hear 6-7 year olds loudly shout out “I HAVE ABANDONED MY CHILD” in my totally-real music class. Is it one of those may-mays the kids always talk about? I’ll have to figure that out on my own time.

So you know that thig where metronomes put on a board atop wheels/cylinders will reach equilibrium after a few seconds of chaos? This is that but worse.
