Not just that, but if Palps was a clone after he yeeted the other one.. how much balance could there have been? In books and movies, there aren't that many compelling stories of someone so good turning evil, but plenty of stories of the reverse. They could have done a much better job with it.. even with Clone Wars and Rebels filling in some gaps, the movies destroy everything else in between.
thing is that Kylo is a Solo, yes his mother is a Skywalker but I think Kylo doesn't have the same mentality as the Skywalkers, he has the Skywalkers' force tho but Anakin went through A LOT in his life, perhaps he didn't want to be involved in that, it's a plausible reason as to why he wasn't involved as a ghost. Now, of course it's because of Anakin that everything here is happening but still, he trusts his children Luke and Leia.

I feel like there should have been all of the force ghosts visibly surrounding Rey as she stood up. It would have given more justice to all of the different people who led the path of the story to this exact moment.
And everyone takes their ready to fight pose, Anakin turns his saber upside down holding it above him. And Obi Wan twirls his saber and extends his left hand pointing only two fingers, yoda uses the force to draw his saber, and mace is having his saber pulled back ready for a thrust.
Tyler Etten - originally it did... but there is so much Chinese money backing Disney now they made them take it out since actually showing force ghosts are offensive to the Chinese due to their cultural ancestor-worship. They allowed Yoda and Luke, one at a time, but for the ending they said no way to a whole host of them together. Pretty sad, huh? Because that would have made it so flipping awesome.

A lot of people hate the prequels but I love them they did exactly what they were intended to do and Hayden played a very hard role exactly as Lucas wanted it to be played, all in all I think that they were made perfectly
Overall, I think they're not good, but they each have their merits. For starters, the scores are still outstanding. Duel of the Fates worked perfectly with the Darth Maul fight in Phantom Menace. Attack of the Clones (the worst of the 3 IMO) had the Yoda lightsaber fight. Fan service? Certainly, but it was still an incredibly fun scene. And Revenge of the Sith was the best of the three and for me, was a solid movie overall.
Oh God, they're not made perfectly. I respect a lot of what they were trying to do and I'm certainly much more interested in that era of Star Wars than what the originals gave us to be honest but they certainly have their flaws. Better than the new trilogy though, that's for sure.

Honestly, one of the best things about the entire prequel trilogy is one of the posters for Phantom. Young Anakin standing in front of a monolith in the desert and the shadow he casts on it is Vader. Really cool poster. But even though I think the prequels are overall pretty awful, I still enjoy them just because I love anything Star Wars. I’m one of those SW nerds that actually enjoyed the newer trilogy.

So for me I have to have a real inner shift to be ok with lessening their importance as 9 did. Samuel L Jackson argued heavily that Mace Windu is still alive too, but after all this time and no new media about his character, most fans agree he dead af.
My only issue with that would be that, while ani should be in the middle, if everyone else is in a half circle behind him, it kinda makes it seem like the likes of adi gallia and luminara are as important as Luke, yoda, obi, etc. I think it’d be best if anakin reached out a hand immediately surrounded by the actual force ghosts with thousands of shadowy figures behind them representing the non force ghost Jedi (with the front shadows being mace and any other ones we care about like kanan). That way all the Jedi are represented, but it’s clear Luke, yoda, obi wan, qui gon, and ani are the most important in this story (you could throw in leia too but I’ll always think of and love her as a leader and rebel first as opposed to a Jedi)
Karuns I think it would have been a better use of his character to help redeem Kylo ren (and like, not have him die 5 minutes later). I think that would be the most satisfying end to his character arc

I found Episode IX to be entertaining with a bunch of missed opportunities. I went into The Rise of Skywalker expecting to see the Force Ghost of Anakin Skywalker. It makes sense to have Anakin Skywalker appear in the final movie of the Skywalker Saga. Anakin confronts his grandson Ben Solo (Kylo Ren) as a ghost of a redeemed man. A Jedi. Epic! I thought we should have seen more ghosts at the end, not just hear them. Rey should have, at least, met the ghost of Obi Wan Kenobi, the voice who told her in The Force Awakens: "These are your first steps." Maybe JJ's 3 hour cut has some of these. We may never know.
Subtitles listed Ahsoka saying "As it guided us," and Luminara saying "In the night, find the light, Rey." Ahsoka & Aayla needed more dialogue because they're badass. Ezra, an older but recognisable Cal Kestis, and Shaak Ti's voice would've been awesome to hear too.
Anakin talking to Ben would have made my day...Ben finally having access to his grandfathers truths and legacy...fighting for the persons and cause most important to them... ...not this ridiculous fall into a pit without ever getting the chance to “meet“ his grandfather, his one true role model

Actually according to Dave Filoni the creator of Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels, Ahsoka Tano is not actually dead and compared her to Gandalf in Lord of the Rings.

Ahsoka would only be around 70 years during The Rise of Skywalker. It should also be pointed out that the Togruta species have an average lifespan of around 80 standard years and those who were keenly attuned to the Force could live up to 200 standard years.

Imagine if Anakin came back as a real force ghost when rey reached out to the jedi and killed palpatine somehow and proved that he indead is the chosen one. I think that ending would’ve tied the prequels and the whole saga together in a better way.

I think it would have been Ausome if at the end when they were speaking they all showed up as force ghost standing by her telling her that they will always be there for and everything else it would have made it a lot better. Something else that would have been cool to is to see Han show up as a force ghost because he made a impact on her in the force awakens. It would have had a more happy fulfillment ending touch to the Star Wars trilogy

I feel like there should have been all of the force ghosts visibly surrounding Rey as she stood up. It would have given more justice to all of the different people who led the path of the story to this exact moment.
And everyone takes their ready to fight pose, Anakin turns his saber upside down holding it above him. And Obi Wan twirls his saber and extends his left hand pointing only two fingers, yoda uses the force to draw his saber, and mace is having his saber pulled back ready for a thrust.
Tyler Etten - originally it did... but there is so much Chinese money backing Disney now they made them take it out since actually showing force ghosts are offensive to the Chinese due to their cultural ancestor-worship. They allowed Yoda and Luke, one at a time, but for the ending they said no way to a whole host of them together. Pretty sad, huh? Because that would have made it so flipping awesome.

A lot of people hate the prequels but I love them they did exactly what they were intended to do and Hayden played a very hard role exactly as Lucas wanted it to be played, all in all I think that they were made perfectly
Overall, I think they're not good, but they each have their merits. For starters, the scores are still outstanding. Duel of the Fates worked perfectly with the Darth Maul fight in Phantom Menace. Attack of the Clones (the worst of the 3 IMO) had the Yoda lightsaber fight. Fan service? Certainly, but it was still an incredibly fun scene. And Revenge of the Sith was the best of the three and for me, was a solid movie overall.
Oh God, they're not made perfectly. I respect a lot of what they were trying to do and I'm certainly much more interested in that era of Star Wars than what the originals gave us to be honest but they certainly have their flaws. Better than the new trilogy though, that's for sure.

Honestly, one of the best things about the entire prequel trilogy is one of the posters for Phantom. Young Anakin standing in front of a monolith in the desert and the shadow he casts on it is Vader. Really cool poster.
But even though I think the prequels are overall pretty awful, I still enjoy them just because I love anything Star Wars. I’m one of those SW nerds that actually enjoyed the newer trilogy.

I am all for StarWars moving forward but not at the expense of the lore and redemption of the story!? I do not believe it was George’s intent to do that! So for me I have to have a real inner shift to be ok with lessening their importance as 9 did. My only issue with that would be that, while ani should be in the middle, if everyone else is in a half circle behind him, it kinda makes it seem like the likes of adi gallia and luminara are as important as Luke, yoda, obi, etc. I think it’d be best if anakin reached out a hand immediately surrounded by the actual force ghosts with thousands of shadowy figures behind them representing the non force ghost Jedi (with the front shadows being mace and any other ones we care about like kanan). That way all the Jedi are represented, but it’s clear Luke, yoda, obi wan, qui gon, and ani are the most important in this story (you could throw in leia too but I’ll always think of and love her as a leader and rebel first as opposed to a Jedi)

That would have by far been the best part of the movie and actually would've made the movie almost good.
I found Episode IX to be entertaining with a bunch of missed opportunities.
I went into The Rise of Skywalker expecting to see the Force Ghost of Anakin Skywalker. It makes sense to have Anakin Skywalker appear in the final movie of the Skywalker Saga. Anakin confronts his grandson Ben Solo (Kylo Ren) as a ghost of a redeemed man. A Jedi. Epic! I thought we should have seen more ghosts at the end, not just hear them. Rey should have, at least, met the ghost of Obi Wan Kenobi, the voice who told her in The Force Awakens: "These are your first steps."
Maybe JJ's 3 hour cut has some of these. We may never know.

I don’t think Ashoka is dead. She could have been in one of those thousands of ships up there. And force users can communicate though the force when they are alive.
Actually according to Dave Filoni the creator of Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels, Ahsoka Tano is not actually dead and compared her to Gandalf in Lord of the Rings.

Ahsoka is my facourite character and after how the life force of the doughter was transferred into her I just knew she couldnt just be dead. (Also, when she was saved from Vader trough a magic portal in Rebels)

Imagine if Anakin came back as a real force ghost when rey reached out to the jedi and killed palpatine somehow and proved that he indead is the chosen one. I think that ending would’ve tied the prequels and the whole saga together in a better way.
Well he kinda did that in Episode VI until JJ Abrams decided to shit on Anakins/Vaders redemption arc.

I think it would have been Ausome if at the end when they were speaking they all showed up as force ghost standing by her telling her that they will always be there for and everything else it would have made it a lot better. Something else that would have been cool to is to see Han show up as a force ghost because he made a impact on her in the force awakens. It would have had a more happy fulfillment ending touch to the Star Wars trilogy
