Despite everything thats been said of this game, I still enjoy it but my only concern is even after 2 years since launch the game is still littered with tons of bugs and frequent random crashes. Yes I know there will be people who will say never happened to them, all is fine and well, I can assume you, this game is very badly optimized, both on PC and mobile. Yes I also know people will tell me just get a better PC or phone. My hardware are fine, its not top tier but its not garbage either. So ultimately I hope the devs will dedicate themselves more to fixing bugs, it will benefit the game tremendously
We don't need a new content with new bugs, we need just old bugs fix... Why you don't listen ur community? Btw, 0 runes from your "highest rune drop content".
The game does continue to improve, but it desperately needs a revamp of old systems and some house cleaning:
1. We need a revamped shadow contract system
2. We need a revamped item system that prolongs the shelf life of our gear
3. We need a revamped immortal war system
4. We need a patch focused on bugs and class balance only
and I would personally love an Uncooked style mini game and some player housing.
I'm happy for these news. I'm really looking forward to it. But, I have a favor to ask. Plz focus at stabilization for iPad version. It's realy unstable. The game is down frequently when dungeons, battleground, raid, changes gear, walk in town… and so on. I restart game every 10 or 15 min.

I only tried mobile Diablo because I'm a big fan of the franchise. I never intended to stay with it, but I've played every day since launch. The team has really done a great job of keeping it fresh and fun.
Many things have changed since server integration. There were many people in the ghost town, and active communication took place. However, there are also side effects. In the early days of Immortal, Daksa using automouses increased, and users were also created with recording macs. Please take good care of the operation. I'm good now.
So when can we expect Verge and Erebban to actually be the "highest concentration" of rune drops? Getting 1 each time I turn in 10 abyssal essence, 0 within the 10 runs to get there, is not rewarding at all...
Cosmetic collection = we don't need it. Bug fixes, market and PVP balancing = what we really need.
Played a ton of Erebban and abyssal verge but never got any runes from those modes. I got most of my runes from all other PVE content.
you have added a collection magazine, but there are still most rewards given for purchase/donation. Please make more in-game rewards like this!!! There are very few of them in the game!!!

Please make the "Iben Fahd's" in Legacy of Horadrim, a guaranteed drop upon opening all chests. My wizard character is 2 years already and never dropped that, even though I spent real money, bought keys, opened all chests in a day... that random drop rate is sometimes insane... up to never. There should at least be a guaranteed drop for "Iben's Fahd" in Legacy of Horadrim, upon opening all chests.😢

Please if you are going to add a gallery/armory view to display skins that we have and don't have, it would be good to bring back phantom market skins from the past, there are many that are not available to BK and Tempest.

Need a more suitable UI for pc and tablets , skills icons are small and at the Conner it hurts eyes to check the cool-downs 😢😢😢
I think the next class will be intelligent based. The last two new classes where strength based. The Tempest this year and the blood knight last year.
New mode is the best place for runes????? Its the worst actually. Accursed Tower used to drop them good till 2 days ago. update.

Do these guys even read player feedback on their forum, Reddit, or Discord, and do they play this game themselves? Or maybe they think that as long as the game is making money, everything is fine with it.
Maybe bugged but so far only got 2 runes from the new activities 90% of mine come from running towers farming elites
Main sources 'should' be the 2 new modes: Abyssal Verge and Castle Erebban, as one should presume. More fond of the Verge. Castle, as I think it is, it's more a "get in, evade combat at all costs (stopping to do it) and focus on movement and opening the maximum number of chests, then run back to exit, also avoiding death", hence the new paragon tree, that help in that regard, a bit.
I also prefer the verge seems an ok source for monster essences at least
I feel a 4th round of server mergers coming before 2025.

The update of Shadow War was helpful, but not relevant. We still need to organize the rooms 1-2-3 for the members

You just straight up lied about the new modes being the "best" way to farm runes. They are the worst! Nearly all of my runes have come from open world farming and random dungeons.

The guy on the right is a certified puppet. When D4 launched and immediately went downhill, he literally had a frown during one of the live events, but said whatever the script needed him to say. Needs his role changed from 'Community Manager' to 'Corporate Puppet'

Exactly, the BattleGrounds have to be as class balanced as possible. Tempest is WAY too strong.
Estos no plantean nada q sirva , los nuevos modos de juego son basura , super aburridos no dan casi ni recompensa , las runas salen mas en otros lugares q en los nuevos modos para los q deberian tener mejor drop , el mercado esta muerto , no se puede vender nada ni comprar pq no es rentable , esta lleno de bug en todos lados y los sistemas de sombras e inmortales ya estan viejos y obsoletos a dos años creo q es necesario un update , tal parece q el juego lo desarrollan 4 monos en un sotano de blizzard a los q no les pagan ni un peso , q poco amor tienen por su juego , es solo chuparle el dinero a los anormales y no mejorar nada.
