"Etel Siana" is likely Harumaki's own stand in for himself in this story (as shown by his piapro handle)
Each carriage represents a different age of living. Going to the next car renders the previous one unusable as you can't go back to the past.
"Kanaria" is the name of the bird. It's something Etel left behind when the waiter robot said her "small companion can't go with you either"
The bird on the final door is likely just a vision. As we already established she can't go back to Kanaria now. But she wanted to give it one last goodbye.
