- Today, Samir(creator of Zillow Gone Wild) and I sat down to look over some of the craziest homes on Zillow. We scrolled through many houses and discussed what we liked, what we didn't like, and how I would sell it. Some of these homes were pretty strange, so go watch and see how we scored each one!

House one could use some updating on the exterior. The split level layout is kind of cool. 1:28 - That library could also make a great laboratory! Or perhaps a mini bowling alley could be installed. 2:33 - You could hire someone to do it. Although if you hate yardwork so much, you should probably buy a condominium rather then a house.
House two could be a great bed and breakfast or something like that if the zoning allows it. It could also make a church or business retreat.
House three - Oh yes, the Spelling Mansion! I don't care for the new decor but it's a great property. 5:20 - The bowling alley is the icing on the cake for me. Though I doubt I'd want 55,000sqft\5480sqm of living space or to live in a regressive cesspit like Los Angeles.
Property four - This one is perfect if you're into primitive living. So primitive that you don't even have walls or doors! I wouldn't want to live that primitively full time, maybe as a place to go camping at.
Property five would be AWESOME with a kiloton of work put into it! The world is getting more geopolitically volatile by the day and deluxe doomsday condos and dorm-style co-ops may soon sell like hotcakes! I'd convert the property into doomsday co-ops. A doomsday co-op is a bunker that's priced per person and has multiple unrelated people living there should the shtf.
House six is nice looking from the outside and there's certain features inside that are nice such as the ceiling in the main room 8:55. But other features I wouldn't want to touch with a three meter pole, such as the carpet at 9:13 and 9:33.
House seven just screams smurfs and Vegas combined! They overdid the red and black color ways.
I liked this Josh. I've watched Josh for years and this is one of the Joshes I like.

So many homes to review and see if you could sell or would love in. They range from the hugest homes ie. The Spelling Manor to a bunker from war. We all hate walking into stairs. Too may book shelves. But I bet Josh given the task, he could sell. Just homes he's NOT used to selling. Love you Josh. 💕💕💕💕

Hey Josh, when you live where there is snow you just hire someone to remove it. That’s what I do and I live in Wisconsin not Aspen.
Wisconsin, Chicago only possibly has redeeming qualities six months of the year. There is nothing romantic about snow! Do not let anyone convince you that this is a way to live. People who battle through this war like terrain only have family ties that imprison them or well, like to sit inside at bars for 6 months a year. Lastly, there is one last group that really enjoys snow. It's the Neanderthals. They are different than us Josh Flagg. Very very different than us!

Dude! The transformer station that takes it from ultra high voltage in the power lines to household AC is right across the street from where i live, and the power lines come into it a stones throw away from my bedroom. Who cares about like household AC outside the driveway. I'd have to hire an exterminator to remoove the carpets before mooveing in though, cause the carpets look ready to spawn intelligent life.
This one deserves like live commentary! Do you know how much fun it is to clear out the snow with your $80k tractor. You can even have someone operate the tractor for you!

Not sure what is better about the Spelling manor, that closet and having a house full of teen boys, they could be way down on the other side, with a maid, who's not me.
I’d enjoy more of these IF Josh didnt rate it according to if HE would live there or HE would like it. He has a lot of money & fine tastes….so ‘normal’ stuff he wouldnt like. Of course not! But, just a complete objective rating or tips would rock.
