I’m 51 and I’ve plateaued in my lifting workouts. I’m getting later, but I’m not getting a lot of success with adding muscle even though I go a lot harder than most of the women in the gym, so I really appreciate this and I’m gonna give these a try. I’m not sure how many reps to do but I have a feeling that if I do a couple different exercises with super sets I’ll probably be wiped out then I’ll go home and enjoy my nice carnivore dinner soon I’ll be sexy and 52.

If you really stretch the bicep through a full range of motion. You should have no weakness in any length of the muscle. You can get really, really strong.
