I never gave up after having so many people in my head and after losing a few jobs just to have money coming in. I am firm believer it is never too late and when you said my age bracket, I wanted to say I am getting to happy. We looked at Barbados as an option due to the long term remote worker incentives. It’s a lovely place, but expensive if you’re not a local. Our money goes further in Mexico.

In line with Jena, after establishing myself in my career and sacrificing my weight in the process, part of my goal for traveling is being able to afford fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fresh caught seafood. Walking to a lot more destinations, currently living in the South so not much walking. In essence it's about taking this time to work on myself, having more time for spirituality, exercise and clean eating.

So funny because I think like Jena but live like John. I love the idea of taking risk and stepping out on faith but I tend to air on side of caution and stay “safe”. But hearing John talk about being more practical can sometimes limit your faith in God…..that is so me!!! The way I move is so practical to the point I don’t “have to” tap into a deeper faith. Recently, I've been thinking about relocating to more affordable digs. I already speak and understand the language. Sunday or yesterday...I dreamt I was an extra in a Diego Luna film. I asked the Lord why I had the dream. It's not as though I'm thinking about Diego Luna. I am impressed though with his love for his country. And his optimism for a better Mexico. I have reservations. The cartels. Jesus, Mary, and Joseph! I've heard horrendous accounts of what they do. God knows. I will have to fast and pray about it.
Cartels only operate in rural villages and contrary to what usa media reports they are not just gunning down random strangers. Most deaths are from cartels fighting each other. Just do research on the area you want to live in.
