First of all, this is a very educative discussion all round. However, I think there should be a continuous effort between partners towards reaching a compromise building a desired home, identifying each other's responsibilities by not shying away from them and understanding the fact that there is nothing like justice but only sacrifices from both parties in exercizing our rights as expected.
