I had the issue when Magnito threw the aircraft carrier at Juggernaut but I got from a sale bin and I had no context as to what happened prior or what happened after Colossus became Juggernaut. Thanks for finally filling in the blanks. I loved the art in this.

After this he has a fight with red hulk at the bottom of the ocean and he turns into an even more demonic form which to this day is still one of my favourite in all of comics. They hit each other so hard that they shake the pillar that holds up atlantis.
As you can tell from the name I have always been a fan!!!! Colossus has always been the man even though he was reluctantly, Piotro as the Juggernaut was epic in all its glory! In a way I wish he could have stayed that way.
Always love to see Colossus get some spotlight. I would love to see you cover the sort of follow up story, The once and future Juggernaut. Or maybe you can talk about the time he was a horseman of Apocalypse.

Nice duder! Thanks for the back story on this character. A while ago I found this character as an action figure and bought it for my son. But I had no idea how he came to be. Very cool beans!

What the above video leaves out, is that Magik knew her brother would take the power to "save her" and it was literally her way to show what kind of monster that is buried in everyone. When he wanted to give it up, Magik strung him along for I a good while and after making a deal with Cythorak to make Limbo a Protectorate of his, she walked up to her brother and simply took the helm off and said she could have done it at anytime. And that she wanted to show him what kind of a monster she is and that she did not need his protection or him thinking she was still a little girl. So unless things have changed, Magik is not one that cares too much about him, since she let him become a murderer to prove a point.
I want this Colossus back. He has always been my favorite character but this event took it to a whole new level. We finally got to see him beast mode then like that it was gone.

this is barely even scratching the surface. unstoppable colossus is truly a monster. he's very much like the hulk in that the harder you press him the madder he gets the more power he pulls out. cain only used a fraction colossus dived deep, & on at least one occasion transforms into a true monster while battling some monsters.
In other words magic abilities can nullify physical attacks. One of many reasons why Stark “hates magic” 😂. This story was amazing back when I read it. Seeing Colossus being Cytorrak’s new avatar was beast.
I don't think I've seen avalanche since the X-Men evolutions animation. Although I haven't read tons of X men comics but I've read a fair few. Also I think I've read other comics where they referred to colossus as this, does that mean he still is a juggernaut? Or are they just doing it to reference it.
