Hi, That is the Accor loyalty program. There are regular, silver, gold, platinum, diamond and ambassador tiers. Silver and above get free welcome drink each guest during the stay. Some hotels offer better drinks for Platinum and above :)

The UV light shown the stains on the bedsheet, I got that after 3rd changes, screenshot shown the date, time and location. The oysters photos shown the sea seal over the oysters, and they staff put ice on my wine which I did not asked for ice.
Quite a serious allegations against the staff but no evidence of a compliant or a response from the hotel.
I do have an apology letter from the GM :)

Will let the hotel show the CCTV footage on 11Mar2024 1pm racist bully footage at the lobby lounge if the hotel staff is not racist.

I don't record staff at work, never expect a 5 stars hotel will have such a staff. I just need to warn the Asian guests.
