My boyfriend and I have just recently started hosting dinner parties, and your channel has been so insightful! The only "problem," I've run into is that my friends LOVE popping into the kitchen with me (Not at ALL a problem, if you ask me!) We're all in the hospitality industry, and it makes it loads of fun for us all to cook together! I'd love it if you made a video with dishes that can be made by the group- interactive recipes outside of fondues and other equally overdone dishes. When I turned 21 many, many, maaaany moons ago, the first drink I ordered was a martini--mostly because I could drink out of a swanky glass whilst fantasizing about SC aka JB--and to this day I still love a very dry gin martini with 3 olives. I will definitely try this one with gin instead of vodka. Glad to see you're still going strong Randy. Great recipes!

Try making a remoulade for the shishito peppers! It's an appetizer I get at our local brewery/restaurant! YUM! I will now look for them and make them myself! I mix chipotle in with sour cream for my fish tacos. Will try them with mayo next time! LOVE YOUR BACK YARD!!!!

I highly recommend you to buy (online) and try "Lucero" chipotle brand. They are mixed with delicious "piloncillo" (raw RAW sugar cane), carrots and the normal brine mix. They are definetly my favorite brand! They also have it as a sauce. Just a recommendation from México if you want to have a really original ingredient in your kitchen.
