Necessary materials
4 Potatoes
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
1 green pepper
half onion
1 tomato
some parsley
Spices and salt
1 tablespoon butter
Too little cooking oil
00:00 start.
00:37 Soak the potatoes in water.
01:09 Melt the butter.
01:33 Roast the potatoes.
02:22 chop the vegetables.
04:09 add breadcrumbs.
06:03 Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
06:45 cook the other side.
07:15 add some cheese.
07:43 presentation.
