I'm about to start on a remodel in a farmhouse style, this helped a lot! The dark floor really works without making the shower feel smaller!

I'm so glad this was helpful! Yes, I'm loving how the dark floor hides the things that fall in the bathroom, lol.

I just bought a house built in 1900, Iowa. Thanks for the motivation! There’s been lots of surprises in the past 4 months! LoL! Ooofta.

Love the dark bronze shower head! I have never seen one before but now want one (and Home Depot has them!).

When you replaced your doors, did you have to replace the whole frame also or did you just attach the new doors to the existing frames?

We were reconfiguring the hallway so we did create new doorways and frames. Depending on the hinges of your existing door frames, you could attach to the existing - otherwise you'd need to create a new frame.
