That's a really weird list you threw out. K'Sante, Vlad and Bard is low pick rate low win rate, Kai'Sa is ONLY good in Challenger/Master games. Also Briar/Naafiri are both disabled on worlds patch because they weren't released in all major regions during playoffs.
