I feel like the Chips would work better than chocolate though, for one because of the crunchiness and two because Chocolate Tapping would probably make the Chocolate melt in your hands and that just seems inconvenient. Maybe you could pick out a few flavors that you maybe never had before and do a taste test? Or you could do like, a ranking of different brands for your favorite Flavor

lol i completely agree on the inaudible whispering/talking, it frustrates me because i want to know what they're saying and my brain can't stop trying to figure it out from the gibberish. Also when doing mouth sounds you do have to hold your breath, you get better at it over time, i can do 3-4 mins at a time now

I mean it filtered the breathe out entirely. (But I just listen through my phone speaker when I'm going to sleep so 😬) Also, sometimes, some inaudible whispering is just enough to make me try to focus, but my brain fails over and over... and... theres something about it that makes my brain go "f*ck it" and just go to sleep lmao. And I think it might be a little easier to breathe doing whispers idk
