    Hey! The heat doesn’t come from the seeds. It comes from the placenta of the pepper. The seeds merely have the capsaicin oil on them.

      If you eat chilli without seeds they aren't so hot so the seeds do carry heat .

    Recently I got hooked on Legend Larry's Legendary Sweet Thai Chili Sauce. And IF this is anything like that...I'll be making it again and again! Thank you for your recipe! BTW...my sister-in-law is a native born in Thailand!

    Common misconception there, that heat is NOT in the seed its the pith that surrounds the seeds but the seed itself had NO heat
