Can't endorse this. Besides it being affiliate marketing- its encouraging self-sabotage in home buyers. You won't ever save a downpayment renting a house. Its just too much money. Also, where is there proof the neighborhoods being purchased were intended as built-to-rent vs. convincing builders to sell this way? Even if that is true, it still increases incentive for builders to seek corporate buyers over selling to individuals. As someone who owns, has done a full renovation myself, and experienced the modern challenges of affordability- this pitch that selling millenials/GenZ on long-term house rentals is "helping" undermines these generations ability to establish themselves in order to profit large investors and provide questionably reliable returns to individuals. I'm just some younger guy doing it "old school", but my advice is- stear clear.
