I was offered some ridiculously hot chips. The packet had warnings about not eating with an empty stomach, and not to be eaten by pregnant people (I mean women).
Anyway I had an empty stomach so I only ate about 1/10 of the corn chip. It was ludicrously hot and not at all enjoyable to eat.
IMO that sort of chili is verging on being a poison which should be a banned substance. I can imagine it could be used to harm people, and perhaps should not be readily available.
