The traffic light system on packaging is usually a good guidance re sugar. Stuff like hot cross buns, dried fruit are high in sugar and are usually in red on the packaging.
I absolutely love how genuine she is like “sorry it’s gross talking about it over breakfast” Like we’re not making our breakfast girl, you are! 😂 Actually feels like she really does talk to the camera like she’s talking to her friends like we’re all there with her ☺️💖
Honestly I'm obsessed with baked oats in the morning since I find them so sustaining, I just use a banana for some sweetness and chocolate chips because I'm obsessed but if you want to make it healthier you can add blueberries or something instead. I'm just one of those people who needs a filling breakfast, everyones different x
Well done Han, enjoyed your meal plan. It all looks very tasty, especially the checken wrap. How did Sunny go with her check-up? I've just had my King Charles Cavapoodle, Murphy's teeth cleaned & polished. He looks smashing & now has the ring of confidence. From your friends & No.1 fans down-under. 🇦🇺
This video has reminded I am overdue for my M&S shop so thanks Han ❤ and it’s made me really hungry whilst I’m at work because the food looks so lush.😊
Hi Hannah, love your genuine way of showing your diet! One thing I would like to mention is that you seem to use a lot of plastic. Maybe try using less and look for other options instead. I know sometimes there are none but looking out for an alternative is a good start 😊
Han I love this it’s given me so much meal prep inspiration I love you and Sunny so much x at some point do u think u will end up making dog beds?? Cause I will be ur first customer xxxxx 🐾
It depends on caffiene content. Caffiene dehydrates you so the typical rule is with every cup of (regular) tea or coffee you drink, you should drink about 200ml water (I never do haha)
@@melissasuckling1506 I think it depends where you look for the information. Some places say that the amount of water you’re drinking in the tea or coffee is more then enough for it to not have a dehydrating effect.
@@TerriWhyton So yeah for a big majority of teas, you're right. However the ones you have to look out for are very popular ones like English Breakfast Tea's or Tea's with Assam in, as they contain high caffiene content
I need to be influenced by this because atm I’m snacking on crisps on the reg and dipping that spoon straight in the biscoff 😂 I need some freshness back in my life
Hey Han, how do you find the Shreddy drink helps with your energy levels? I remember you mentioning it in a vlog a while back, just wondered how you’re getting on with it? 😊x
The chicken wouldn’t be raw it’s already cooked, you’re just cooking it to warm it up 😅 if it’s smoking hot & piping hot when touching it then you’re fine! X
I have been drinking coffee for 25 (13-38 yes I'm old lol) years and I do not know what a flat white is... is this because I'm american? I just brew coffee, pour in some caramel oatmilk creamer and a couple packages of stevia and that's my coffee. You need a meat thermometer so when you make chicken you can know for a fact it's cooked and not need to worry. I used to over cook my chicken until I got one. Once chicken reaches 165°F / 75°C it's safe to eat.
You know if you shake your yoghurt up first that "skin" won't be there. You have to properly shake it, don't just flip it. Given how expensive Muller Corners are that is incredibly wasteful.
Perhaps. You could go for a run, and for a swim, and then take a shower. Perhaps, you could do that? Perhaps, clears the mind and the skin. Cheers, Benjamin

I'm keeping my dog in Ireland 🇮🇪 to her training things/kennel so she can be trained. It's only for 1-2 months.

Don’t forget that the other drinks you have throughout the day also count towards your water intake, especially things like tea

That dinner looked 10/10 for taste ideas
The thick bit of yoghurt around the muller corner is my favourite bit 😂
I ABSOLUTELY love you😅😅😅
Bit late to this vlog but you could get a milk frother and make your own cappuccino and that will save you money overall on cappuccino sachets ☕️💕
Hey Han, how do you find the Shreddy drink helps with your energy levels? I remember you mentioning it in a vlog a while back, just wondered how you’re getting on with it? 😊x

Like a package cookies as breakfast cereals. Cheers, Benjamin
“This is for tomorrow, so don’t look” 👀😂
Like you could have once in a while one with a coffee, and as breakfast cereals in the morning, also. Not bad, perhaps, to have. Cheers, Benjamin
