ElevatingBoston Sounds right to me! These things accelerate to full speed even when only traveling 7 floors. They also decelerate even faster when they're about 2 floors away from their destination level.
The 90s Generics at my psychiatrist's office (the low rise bank) is 14 stories and those 6 elevators travel 4 m/s and only take 3 floors to get to full speed
Those things level fast!
The Elevator Daily it's been ages since you've been around. How's it going?
Good. One mall in Dallas got smart and added two Otis Gen2 elevators. They are so smooth you think you are stuck.
The Elevator Daily sounds like some fancy elevators. Better than some elevators which are so slow I think I'm stuck.
Schindler 330A LOL Oklahoma has a British voice on their Otis Gen2
Wow, these are insanely fast! 24 seconds for 37 floors (approx. 400')... Calculates to somewhere around 1000fpm.

MMTfan1 Here is the other video you requested at the Hyatt Regency. Hope you like it.
I went there in 2015 and, in the express zone, the indicator read EZ
Seminole Airways and back in 2015 you didn't need to have a key to use the elevator.
Elevating Denver I know, I never stayed there though, only went to ride the elevators
