The skylobby elevators go I think thousands of feet per minute, probably 1400 FPM

I think these are SchindlerHaughton L-Series, judging by the call button and the bells. Plus other SchindlerHaughtons look like this.

Lívio Naves the fixtures are indeed L-Series. These could very well be Schindler-Haughton brand.
