Wow, in the beta version of Minecraft people were already making amazing builds like this? I didnt even noticed this video was this old when I saw the dated comments.
With the way Wolf3D is you actually could reconstruct 1:1 the levels from it, just use slabs that blend in with the ground for secrets (i don't remember if there's iron slabs, could just make the ground stone then)
Never thought i would see decompressed Wolf3D textures in a much more recent game lol It's nicely done BTW, i would love to play a Mod like that with all the maps from the game .(+ the ones from Spear of Destiny)
I tried to make the same thing it got as far as making the full first level, and I was planning on making like ladders up leading into the next level, but it stopped as I grew tired of retexture paintings, materials, in the game and I never figured out how to change enemies and sounds in the game... But congrats on your work its far better than what I did and it surely delivers what I had in mind when I tried to do it ^^ it looks great!
Its funny seeing the people here complain or point out the whole thing about the graphics or the sheep. All of those complaints can be dismissed by the simple fact that it's.. Minecraft remake version of Wolfenstein. I enjoyed the video and it reminded me of when I used to play DOOM. Keep it up and hopefully the Download will be up soon 'cause I can tell you this.. I am REALLY sure.. even the haters will be playing it.

i have an idea, use zombies as soldiers. skeletons as blue soldiers and wither skeleton is white soldier and bosses are ummm, and mutated soldiers are wether enderman, creeper or whater you like

I normally hate minecraft videos, but goddamn this is amazing.
I'm not sure if it's still possible, but holes in the wall can be hidden by a huge painting, which can be walked into.

Minecraft is full 3D (except items mostly using sprites) and Wolfenstein 3D is 2.5D
