I love that she removed the membrane off of the back of the ribs!! If you use paper towel to grip it after you get the edge off it always comes off in one piece.
So glad to see you r using a silicone basting brush which can be washed and dried quickly vs those brushes that take a long time to dry therefore full of bacteria and germs. I love my silicone brushes and those r the only ones I use. I rarely put sauce on since the rub is so good. Great job Gina and Hapoy New Year!

Enjoyed, I have been making for my family for 20 years. I use a pork roast and let sauerkraut bake along with it in my backing roaster pan. And yes black eye peas!!!

My grandmother use to cook that when I was a kid. She was from Georgia! I wanted to try, but i never knew how to buy or cook the sauerkraut. Some come in jars, cans, and Gina said bags! I remember the taste was delicious! Think I'll give it a try!
