Maybe he might want to drink hibiscus "tea" which Dr. Greger says may help with blood pressure. A quick way to get more potassium (which could help lower blood pressure) is, unexpectedly, Trader Joe's coconut water, which has only 70 calories, but over 600 mg of potassium. (It's not filled with junk, either.)
Outstanding! Look into adding more of the plant foods that support healthy kidney function to help with your blood pressure.

130/95 for seniors- my surgery says that’s ok as well .
Can you advise whether the alpro yoghurt/ alpro milks and oatly plant milks can be used in this diet- they have alot of ingredients. I have this problem with that I have always used them but I think they are addictive because they are not pure oats. They have ingredients other than oats or soya.
Norman sounds like he's digging trenches or runs a Boot camp with the amounts of meals he eats per day. I eat once a day and I'm done (age 64)
