Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, is the main protagonist of the My Hero Academia manga and anime series. Even though Izuku was born Quirkless, he manages to catch the attention of the legendary hero All Might due to his innate heroism and a strong sense of justice, and has since become his close pupil, as well as a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School. All Might passed on his transferable Quirk to Izuku, making him the ninth holder of One For All. Following the Paranormal Liberation War, with Tomura Shigaraki and All For One actively targeting Izuku for his Quirk, he decides to leave U.A. before finishing his first year to keep his classmates out of harm's way. After encouragement from his friends, he later returns to U.A.

The only thing that sucks is that he got the most powerful quirk in the series just handed to him on episode 2 💀That completely takes away the underdog element. He should've figured out some way to be a hero without getting a quirk handed to him.This is exactly why I keep saying rock lee from Naruto Should have been the mc. He's just like deku except didn't get his Powers handed to him, he worked hard for them and they were actually natural

One thing I always liked about deku is that he’s the very definition of book smart. The man really just has a knack for being able to apply the stuff he’s learned from his school into his fight in the field. His fight with lady nagant was the peak of showing how much this man can process in the midst of a fight. Can’t wait to see what happens to him next in the current manga.

He always knew he had legs he was just blinded by All Might his idol who only used fist. Always trying to be the same as him so he realized using his legs was a way he could be different.

U guys say that but also fail to realize that even though it was 3 seasons for us, in the story it was about 3 months apart of Deku being in school, the man was just getting used to having a quirk, then trying to control it properly, then trying to follow in his teachers footsteps, and then realizes he can’t. I don’t understand the ughhhh he found out he has legs finally statement cuz it of the little amount of time he actually had to apply a fighting style

The one thing I hate about Deku is that he didn’t practice Martial Arts when he
didn’t have a quirk so he could fight people with quirks.
That way he could’ve perfected OFA in no time.
Well most villans have superhuman strength from their quirks like That green sludge guy soo martial arts....
Also ofa would still need lots of trainin with to use 100%
He ended up training his brain instead which I think was much more useful with how much it has helped him
this reminds me of a webtoon, it's called ordeal.
@@hellhero7449 stain has a really bad quirk for fighting the hero’s of Japan but look he mastered swordsmanship and he can fight back because todoroki was dead no matter the range stain would’ve killed all of them ending the show right then and there
@@enderfrags808 what u think martial arts are you don’t just swing without thinking you practice and learn not just throwing a punch or kicking really high that’s really ignorant that’s why there’s thousands of fighting styles and moves for specific situations with his smarts it would’ve helped tremendously
If the antagonists weren't as strong as they are, many of deku's smash moves can really kill something
