Overcooked 2 - Level 6-2 [4 stars solo]

This level is said to be one of the hardest levels among all main levels in this game. Fortunately, you only need to serve six dishes to get 4 stars, and the first six dishes happen to be fixed (for single players only). Unless you are quick enough, I don't think you will make carrot cake in this level.
The platform sinks and rises periodically, showing four different layouts (let's call it A, B, C and D). You must prioritize layouts A and C as they are the simplest, because you need to pass items back and forth as much as possible. Layout B is less (but still) prioritized, and layout D is even less prioritized because of the long paths needed to get across. While there's a shortcut at layout D (as demonstrated at 4:01), I would not encourage that as it's easy to fall through.
When passing the items, always utilize the throw button (for raw ingredients only). Prioritize the dirty plates first (duh), and then chocolate and honey, as they must be chopped before going into mixer. Be careful when throwing eggs, as they can roll off. Don't pass empty pans and mixing bowl; throw them instead as they can respawn at their designated position. Also, when you feel that you can't make it across platform (and you happen to carry raw ingredients), throw them towards the mixing station (see 2:07). It's okay if the chef sink together with the platform, they respawn as well.
You can watch the video, and observe how I strategically placed plates, and do with mixing bowls and pans to achieve 4 stars. Don't worry about variation of orders, all the dishes needed for 4 stars are always fixed.
