just stumbled across this video and i was the one who opened up the blind bags!! love the mushroom line and winston is now a permanent resident on my car keys! really hope to see you again in November :))
I'm a big numbers girlie. I track all my sales, items sold etc...everything is barcoded. But I love to compare how many transactions happen per event and what the average order value is. It's a nice way to see if I'm doing my 'average' numbers or if the event is below my average. I can tell if an event is going poorly if the number of transactions aren't similar to the previous year's event. I've recently incorporated pie charts in my data flow because of you! It is so much nicer to see visually. Hope the next one is better! 💸💸💸💸💸
Thank you!! Oh man I have been so surprised to find out I’m a numbers girlie if only in the aspect of business 😂 But it’s been super enlightening to actually track what I’m selling! Barcodes are next for me, so if you have any tips on setting that system up I’d love to hear them!
@@LeSpiritDesigns A simple SKU system that you can keep up with + having a sheet of barcodes with pictures for items you don't want to individually barcode (like Plush) It takes some time to set up but it's 100% worth it.
Glad you did good at the event! Though totally understand that high table cost...sadly I think because SJ Made events are free attendance they have to charge the table higher to get that money somehow. Other than that was wonderful to see you! Hope your next event is amazing!
I was wondering: do you guys still HAVE to wear masks ? I sometimes still see people wearing masks at cons, but very rarely, and I don't remember the last time I saw an artist wear masks. I'm located in Germany though.
We don’t, but con crud still exists and so does Covid, so it’s just nice for us to still mask and come home healthy after shows. There were a couple of times last year that Ryan chose not to mask at shows and got sick after each time, so it’s just our personal preference
Your artist alley setup is so cute! Having lights at your booth/table is such a smart idea!
Thank you!! And yesss it’s wild how much the lights make a difference!
I always enjoy watching your artist alley vlogs! :D

WHAT that’s amazing!!! I’m so glad you found this vid, and I’m so glad Winston has a good home 🥰🥰🥰
Love your setup, so pretty! The lights you brought definitely make your booth look super welcoming!
Thank you so much!!
OMG I love the little section of the pics of us! So cute! It was so freaking fun eating dinner with you and Ryan! Hope to see you again soon ❤
I love making those little pic collages!! They all turned out so cute~ I hope we get to see you again soon!!
Such a good show regardless!!! When I was watching the blind bag opening I was radiating positive vibes for the person who wanted Winton.
I’m so glad I was able to get the opening on camera!! Not everyone opens them at the booth, and usually I’m to shy to ask to film it 😂
wonderful video, watched and enjoyed till the end ☺☺☺
I’m so glad! 🥰
Such a fun video. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks!!!

Thank youuuu!
Without my glasses, I read Friend Test instead of Friend Fest. I think the former could be an interesting event as well if there’s ever one.
That would certainly make for an interesting show 🤔
So cute! Where do you get your awning? Also, do you take venmo or do most people have either card or cash?
I don’t accept Venmo for tax reasons, but I do accept cash and card. And my awning was custom made! Sorry, I don’t share that source 😅
I swear so many people i follow were at this event.
It’s a popular one!
4:46 Why is the phone in the background swinging? I'm intrigued.
That is Ryan’s swinger that he uses to hatch eggs for pokemon go 😂
