I’ve been a student since 2020, I was front row of the student section, this was one of the loudest games I’ve been too. My ears are still ringing. Not quite auburn or Kentucky last year. But man that was fun. Can’t wait for Bama when the students get back from break, WPS

Joseph pinion needs to be consistently inserted into the ration as soon as Saturday. He really saved us. Him and Ricky came through big in the second half.
I agree, and Anthony Black needs to work on his shooting, he can get that shot anytime he wants.

@@justicewatson4341 No, he's not. 😂😂😂😂😂 Go watch Coach Mussleman's post game interview. He specifically talks about how that's one of the reasons that JP stayed out so long. He was playing solid defense and walling up in the paint. Just because he's white doesn't mean he's a poor defender. He's been a solid defender since he was in highschool. The Missouri game only proves that further.
Joseph Pinion let his nuts drag. That boy has earned his spot in the every-game rotation with his defensive effort, but he is the 3 point threat we desperately need to stretch out zone defenses
If this team is going to dig further into the NCAA tournament, Pinion is going to be a massive reason why

Need to get Dunning and Ford more comfortable too. If we can't get Smith back, them having a huge confidence boost will prove extremely beneficial!
Watched highlights twice it was so exilerating.
Had we lost this game, we'd really be missing Brazile and Smith right now. And we'd hope Smith would return sooner rather than later.

I've been saying for the longest that Coach Muss needs to get Pinion, Dunning, and Ford A LOT more comfortable in the main rotation. They'll be highly valuable later down the stretch! Keep putting them out there!

If Pinion can defend slightly better he’ll see real consistent time!!!
Pinion played great defense last night. He contested well. Maybe not big defensive stats but he did his job in the scheme. On Kamani' late game jump ball, pinion got the initial hand on the ball to slow him down. Also defended well on a couple missed layups.

Funny you should invoke the Pistol. I was thinking John Stockton! Even though he was the two rather than point, he was tearing it up on defense and saved our bacon with shooting in a Stocton-esque sort of way.

No way it happens (unfortunately). Black, NSJ, Walsh were always 1 & Done. Unless Walsh struggles MIGHTELY the rest of the year.. all 3 are going to be 1st rd draft picks. Right now, NBA Draft . Net has AB and NSJ as lottery picks. RC4 is playing his way into a 1st round pick (same website has him 27th overall). TB has gone from a late 1st rd draft pick to mid-first round on 2024 boards.
Also, with Baye Fall and Layden Blocker coming in.. they are both projected 1st rd picks in 2024. Add that with the continued development of Pinion, Dunning Jr, Ford, the Twins and Graham, (assuming Graham, Dunning and Ford don't transfer out). And Muss ability in the transfer portal.. Hogs will be top 10 no matter what in 2023-2024 season.
Guys let’s just enjoy the season we have right now and trust Muss to put together another stellar roster when we get there 😂
