It leads to body mind connect which tends to get a sort of disconnect in chaotic world & brings clarity to ourself. All in all its self exploring journey. Felt happy to listen to these views from participants - who are doing this practice since long. At same time seeing those difficult Yoga assana's its physically quite challenging. So true. I left the practice after practicing for over 10 years. I recently came back. It is so precious, this practice. What we learn about ourselves, how we find balance, especially after moving into a long period of chaos.
