“The Law” was a life changing book for me that I believe every American should read. Who knew that 20 years ago when I read that short book that it would shape my view of the role of government and the importance of limiting its authority whenever possible. Thanks for including it in your video.
@@otis299 I've read a LOT of books in the last 8 years since I started questioning what's going on, but that very short simple book still stands out as one of the most influential for me as well. I think that "auditing" is fairly shallow, but did it with the intent of drawing in an audience to be able to deliver some deeper concepts and ideas such as these to the audience.
@@clarkgriswold5842 + Yeah. Many people don't know that cops have their own "Bill of Rights". Therefore their own set of rules, which gives them immunity. They are also a Fraternal Brotherhood - Like the FreeMasons. They don't have to protect us as civilian citizens either. If someone comes after you with a knife, in front of a cop, & that cop doesn't want to do anything, he doesn't have to. That "protect & serve" is selective.
Ring doorbells are so great. But unfortunately you got to secure those puppies too, because rogue cops have been known to just yank those things right off.
@@mrmotofy no officers are not allowed to lie about whether or not they haven't weren't, they have to show the warrant in order to be at your door, the best thing to do is put up no trespassing signs and cops know they cannot come under your property without a warrant. Knocks on your door doesn't have a warrant, after being warned of trespass at your property line, they've just committed to a criminal trespass, and the state will sanction them for it but you do have to file the charge as a citizen That's just doing electronically as the police are at your door! That would be hilarious just before they finally get the actual warrant, they are informed that they've been charged with trespass and they're very property they're trying to serve the freshly received warrant on! That's why technology is good sometimes. I understand cops these days are no most places allow for electronic waerants or is that fairly rare?

NEVER open your door for cops. Lock the door and let the cops break in. Yell through the window that they are trespassing. Then yell that they are trespassing after warning - which is a crime.
And her response of we don't have to leave us BS. They can lock down the street. They need a warrant to lock down the house. The curtilage is part of the house. And trespass is a crime even for police. But as we know, police aren't charged for their felonies.
I agree 100%, but what about if they claim "probable cause." What if they say they received a call of domestic abuse or say they saw an intruder run in through the back door of your house?
@@kennychad2821 probable cause doesn't get them in without a warrant. and the real problem is that judges bend over backwards to try to accept one of the warrant exceptions. in most jurisdictions they dont even need to tell you why they entered your home without a warrant until discovery. so they have months where you sit in jail while they figure out a reason for violating your 4th amendment. if they cant figure one out, they will press you to accept a plea on whatever assault on officer charges they held you without bail for. then if you dont take a plea they will drag it out till the time to sue expires then drop the case. if you take a plea they are safe. if you dont, they still locked you up for a few years.
Hmmm I don’t see any “breaking”. But they still don’t have a right to do what they are doing. Kinda important to be factual when it comes to, well, everything.
I agree. I noticed that door swings out to open. As far as I know, that is a violation of the building code for residential property. The code is in place to prevent a person from the outside to gain unwanted entrance to the home. That door has the hinge pins on the outside. So anyone can come over and remove the pins and take the door off the house even with the door locked. The code for doors on businesses are to swing out to make easy and clear exits in case of fire.
@@Ed70Nova427 Yes, as someone who knows cyber and pentesting, that was one of the first things I noticed. Why would the doors open outwards, having the hinge pins exposed?
@adambartlett3483well, I suppose it's still nice to have that option. Just like with a burglar there's no guarantee you come out of the ordeal alive. If cops know that what they're doing has the risk of getting blasted like any other burglar, they're probably more likely to follow the laws set in place for them
I live in Indiana and it's corrupt here. Lake County in the north west. Cops can do whatever they want. The good criminal lawyer is the in with the judges and basically works for the court house. A towing racket was recently exposed working with the country sheriff. We have a lot of drugs here from Chicago and Gary. The cops here are pretty active and if you get on their bad side it's your word against theirs and an uphill battle against anything they do. I was pulled over and searched for no reason and my lawyer even asked me if I had beef with the cop because I was pulled over for "driving recklessly through a residential area" but not issued any tickets for that. Marijuana isn't legal here and they hunt it down.
As soon as that cop blocked the door to the house, stopping residents from closing the door, he was illegally in the house......get a lawyer and sue the officer ...this is crazy!!!
@COOL HAND VETS that is totally wrong. You’re going to get people killed. That was true back them but newer court cases have further outlined and been more widely adopted. State v. Koonce, 89 N.J. Super. 169
@COOL HAND VETS this isn’t a war. Killing innocent citizens doesn’t help anyone. If you’re wanting to fight something then simply remove the bad apples. If you’re falsely arrested you should take it to court and sue. But the fact people agree more with death really goes to show you how lost the world really is.
The most disheartening aspect of this incident is that Judd refused to discipline the deputies FOR VIOLATING CIVIL RIGHTS. Seriously, that family needs to lawyer-up and make a federal case against Polk County for this. The police will NEVER back down until each individual department is made an example of for their lack of constitutional knowledge.
the guy would likely win a civil suit.... but at the end of the day it is taxpayer money and the police will still not be held accountable. That is the unfortunate part. Eventually cities will grow tired of writing big checks to cover for their police.
What I'm seeing is that more and more cops hate our country... They are spitting our constitution rights... They are laughing at our soldiers who gave their life's to defend our country... Etc etc
The local city I live in Clinton, both the chief and ast chief fully support all officers lying on a police report, as well as violation of civil, human, and constitutional rights. And before you ask yes I do have proof of this.

@@jeremydunn9978 It only escalates the situation if the cops don’t have self control, or basic professionalism. We threw a family reunion a while back and we got a noise complaint. A cop came and gave a warning to keep it down so we turned down the music and people were already leaving by then. We got a 2nd complaint and only about 12 of us was left and we were just sitting down talking about old times..Next thing you know, there was banging on the front door. We opened it and that same cop barged in with aggression and yelling. "WTF DID I SAY THE 1ST TIME?? SHUT THIS PARTY DOWN RIGHT NOW. HE WAS WALKING IN THE HOUSE AND SCREAMING AT EVERYONE." We were completely shocked. And I was furious so I demanded if he got a warrant and that he cant enter my house. He was like "what the fuck are you gonna do about it, Boy??" And I told him hes being recorded right now and I told him to get the fuck out. He sized me up and wanted to harm me so bad. I asked for his name and badge # and he told me to fuck off. I got his plate number and filed a complaint. Come to find out this cop had over 30 complaints in the past year alone. He was later fired for breaking a 13 year old boys arm when he slammed him. All over because he wasn't wearing a helmet. The family sued and was awarded $1.2million and the cop was charged with battery and sentenced to jail for 3 years. Karmas a bitch but cops like these are reasons why people hate cops.
Qualified immunity only protects cops who violate law to protect the public. IE shooting someone who is causing harm. It does not protect cops who are outside of the law with no legal reason. That is the district attorneys failing to follow thru on what they should. If the DA is not acting to protect the citizens then I would suggest voting for someone else.
Qualified Immunity does not exsist. It was created by the courts, which does not have the authority to create laws, only congress and state legislators have that Authority. So Qualified immunity is highly illegal.
@tripstar3563 you say qualified immunity doesn't exist but it's used in courts to stop cops from being held liable you can google any court cases involving qualified immunity
@Joker-yozora I didn't say it doesn't exsi. I said it's highly illegal. The courts do not have the power to create laws. They created qualified immunity. Only Congress, State Legislators, and Tribes can create laws. Not the courts.

Asking if he's there, asking if they can look around and if the answer is no then they should accept that these men had rights and walked away while waiting for a warrant or whatever the next step was. But instead they created a reason to arrest the citizen so that they could then force their way into the home.

Around 8-9 years ago, two cops from the local police department (this is in Texas ) tried to rush an apartment a few doors down from me. No idea why. They had no warrant (I could easily overhear the conversation). The husband of the family that lived there slammed the door in their face when he found out that they didn't have a warrant. They proceeded to try to break down the door. He called the sheriff's department about breaking and entering by two renegade cops. A sheriff's deputy lives close by in the same apartment complex. He got the call. He came over in less than a minute with a shotgun on the two cops and arrested them on the spot - they had entered the home by that time. They went directly to jail. They were both fired. This never went on the news. The only way I found out was my neighbor told me the police department issued a formal apology to them and let them know the officers were dismissed. I don't think legal action was ever taken against them.
Thanks for sharing! That story is nuts, and seems very much like it could happen more often than we think. But how often is there a good cop coming to the rescue is the question. I’m sure many people get paid off tho to be quite, and the media won’t touch it.

Like the sheriff deputy said, it's legal to defend yourself against a cop who's breaking the law and putting your life at risk, but you better be able to prove it!
You have to be able to prove it in any case. The police are not special. The officer blocking the door had his hand on his firearm the entire time. If anyone else came to your door in that manner, that would be all the justification you need. If the homeowner was armed and proceeded to place their hand on that firearm, officers 100% would take action. From a legal perspective, I see no valid reason why it shouldn’t work both ways. If they can justify taking action, so can you.
That’s right, 99% of the time from watching badge cameras and viral videos most people will claim “I know my rights you don’t have the authority to do so and so…” though it turns out according to the law the police were completely lawful. But I do say 99% because man is imperfect and pages such as audit the audit pick up the 1% of rare circumstances where the police are wrong. I would emphasize you better be sure you are right, and it might be a better idea to save yourself some pain and just have a lawyer help you regardless if you think you’re right rather than risk being charged with assault or risking being hurt or killed regardless of who is right.

They exist. I work alongside quite a few of them. But they still have their bad apples too. The biggest issue is review bias. You are more likely to take the time to review an item that failed or was poor than you are for one that was good. Just like you are more likely to review a person who falters at their job than one who is good. This goes for all career fields. Yes, we need to focus on the cops who suck, but more importantly, we need to promote, identify, and celebrate the ones who rock, so that not only do we call out the bad cops, but the public and other offers can see the example of what a good cop looks like.
@@kennybachman35exactly. Every time I hear someone talk about a good cop or that they're a good cop or whatever, I asked one question. "How many police officers have you filed charges against?" Two of my three good friends are actually law enforcement. One of them got a Harris County Sheriff's Department Lieutenant thrown in prison for stealing a bunch of County property. The other one is actually on a video he's a sergeant, running around on RUclips actually correcting one of his officers who was trying to ID the passenger in a vehicle. I was so proud of Shawn when I heard his voice correcting him. Anyway, I know two good cops. I know hundreds of bad ones.
Biggest issue is finding a lawyer that will take such a case against law enforcement. Or any case against them for that matter. Most won't especially in a small town. People really need to start fighting back against this. We have to stop complaining about losing rights and start fighting for them.
Unfortunately that's not your biggest issue. You will find a lawyer for the money... you will be screwed by the prosecutor, judge and the jury will 9 times out of 10 side with the cops automatically.

It depends on the state. Some states allow you to defend yourself against a cop and some states don't. The real problem is that you don't know if that cop has a warrant or not in the moment or if that cop might have exigent circumstances that makes it legal to enter the home. Most lawyers will tell you to not resist and fight it in court.
As a licensed attorney with nearly 2 decades of litigation experience, my advice for the individuals in this situation would be to call your attorney, collect officer(s) information (name, badge number, etc.) and keep meticulous records pertaining to any and all contact with law enforcement. An arrest warrant and a search warrant are NOT the same thing. If the wanted individual’s primary residence is not the residence at which these events are transpiring and the officers don’t have reasonable suspicion said individual is inside, an arrest warrant is as good as toilet paper. The police have zero right within the law to enter and/or search the premises without fulfilling the stipulations listed above. I feel obligated to include that I am not YOUR attorney and this is not to be construed as “legal advice”. This is just my opinion based on what I saw and you should always retain legal counsel if you are contacted by law enforcement.
My opinin but has seen both sides of the system. Treat all criminals as criminals. When is it ok to shoot a cop? The sometimes it would be ok to shoot anyone else. Even if cops have a warrant for a specific person. And "reasonably" suspect that person to be in a home that isn't no their primary home (even if it was it wouldn't matter). Then there is still no law that protects them for breaking in your home. Short.of "hot pursuit " which is b.s. also. I'll take it a step further. Cops habe no authority over the public. If you think they do. Cite where in our constitution that we the people gave government the authority to police society or us as individuals. Since we are all free and such. Or at least that was the intent. You have become indoctrinated to acceot.and support unconstitutional systems. Even becoming a part.of that system. Tell everyone what "B.A.R." stands for. With a proper door installation, they could add a lockable storm door allowing full view " for the officers SAFETY " and the ability to close the main door for " their SAFETY "! Hence no FOOT in the door!
She doesnt understand the law. She thinks she can stand outside your front door for as long as she wants as long as she doesn't go inside. Standing outside their door is standing on their property. Once you tell officers to leave, that doesnt mean just leave the house, that means leave the property, which means they can stand on the sidewalk, and not at your front door.
In this case, even staying just off the property would be harassment and stalking if done by any private citizen. These cops have been back 4 times according to the video, all without a warrant. These people probably didn't have the means for a fancy attorney, but that's what they needed. I'm sure those deputies were aware of that.
You're incorrect about that since your front door is within view of the public and is considered an area that can reasonably accessed by the public and government employees. As someone else stated, that area is called curtilage and it applies to more than just your front lawn and porch. Depending on the setup of your home and property, your back yard is legally fair game as well.
I wish James would've asked "what if they aren't allowing me close my door at 1am in the morning". He did ask "if a cop was trying to illegally enter the home....". But the sheriff's answer may have been different if asked about not allowing the homeowner shut their door. The "locking the house down" is just simply watching the house, front and back, to see who enters and leaves, from public property.
I think she answered that question when she said, "if you can go back inside and shut your door, you should, but if they aren't allowing you, then you do what you have to do." Time stamp 11:52

@@HUBABUBA-il8fn HUB - when someone says they want to end a consensual encounter (key part of this) and an officer moves their body in the way then threatens arrest if you "hit" the officer with the door, thats entrapment, this isn't rocket science... the person would normally not strike an officer, but the officer is forcing them to make the choice to do so in order to stop the unwanted contact... pretty straight forward, no warrant, no obligation to open or keep open the door, this is a settled matter in the supreme court... P.S. google "objective entrapment" (not just entrapment)... the average person is not going to leave their door open forever, no reasonable person would, with the only way to close it being to commit a battery because the officer intentionally placed himself in the way to prevent its closure.
@@grumpyoldman3597 First how do you know this is a "Consensual Encounter" , because the narrator on an anti LE RUclips Channel told you it was? You know that the LEOS didn't have Reasonable Suspicion that the wanted Felon MAY LIVE there how? You know how, that the LEOS didn't have Reasonable Suspicion that the wanted person MAY be inside how? If those two criteria are met that Arrest Warrant is all that is needed to forcibly, if necessary, enter that residence. Next the Defense of Entrapment (a Defense is raised at trial to a criminal charge after an arrest) requires that the LEO forces or compels you to commit a crime, that YOU WOULD ORDINARILY NOT Commit, merely threatening to arrest someone if they do something IS NOT enough. Now if the LEO said "IF YOU DON'T slam this door on my foot I will arrest you for ( a charge which generally must be false) and then arrests him for slamming the door on his foot, that would lead to a defense of entrapment.
Would love to hear sheriff Grady's opinion of this video, seeing that he loves to be on camera. He brags about putting his own deputies in jail for breaking the law, and this video is a perfect example of his deputies breaking the law. What say you sheriff?

This happened to us! In volusia county. Our son violated parole. He used our address against our request...after working with the parole officer giving any address where he might be. The deputies came knocking on our door at 2am we knew we did not have to answer the door. Without a writ of search warrant but these los violated our search & seizure rights. Searched our property in back yard without pemission using very powerful lites, banging & pulling on doors trying to open them. One saw a very expensive bicycle behind me as I cracked the door asking whose bike? Answered I just bought the bike for our grandson...deputy immediately shot back your son? I said no the person you want is 40 + yrs old and a fugitive I would not buy that person an $800.00 bicycle. Eventually the spokes person became less agitated. The deputy stated well, if if you have nothing to hid may we come in for a walk thru...then we will leave and enter in report you are not harboring.

Curtilage is the term I believe.
In this case, even staying just off the property would be harassment and stalking if done by any private citizen. These cops have been back 4 times according to the video, all without a warrant. These people probably didn't have the means for a fancy attorney, but that's what they needed. I'm sure those deputies were aware of that.
Thats not what she said, she said they will lock it down until they get a warrant if the warrant is denied they have to leave
Get a fence
The courts have ruled that's illegal. The cops are home invaders

Yep exactly Don exactly!! Grady is a fraud because he lets these scums get away with violating the Constitution and the law.
Grady Judd appears on the TV so much in Florida you'd think he has his own TV show. Loves to see himself on TV
Grady will never comment on this video because he's corrupt as fuck. He'll only put his deputies in jail when he has no choice.
@@notjohn439 He sounds like a fraud to me.
You claim the Deputies are breaking the law? So you believe everything you see on RUclips, that the narrator tells you, the LEOs "know" he doesn't live there. All the LEO needs if they have an Arrest Warrant, is a Reasonable Suspicion that the person MAY LIVE there and reasonably believes he MAY be inside.
Be sure to file a restraining order against them and have it stated that it is permanent for these two
Call a lawyer, call the news. They show up looking for action and a story. Harassment is criminal.
Never open your door for cops, or other thugs.
The cops are thugs....not all of them but many of them and sheriff Judd needs to have four meetings..... Every shift tell these officers they better stop the b.s. in violating their rights.. Than the forth meeting with we the people in front of cops...they will not violate peoples rights
If they do they will be charged. Then have a meeting... Alone with we the people an news to tell all residents to defend their property no matter criminal intruder or cop intruder I bet they won't bother law abiding civilians...like this anymore....
I do agree and What a bunch of tyrants F the police and F the sheriffs they always violate our rights and they violate the constitution they need to be held accountable we need to stand up against them and take action now
Never open the door to CRIMINALS
Yep. I'm with you
I'm absolutely proud that America is starting to voice how much they are sick of the law enforcement.
I'm not anti-cop,I'm anti your costume and badge giving you the right to violate me n mine.
I agree with everything you said 💯🍻
Same here
This is why locking security doors are so important, you can talk to whoever you need but they can’t intrude or grab you.
My storm door is always locked. I can open the main door and lower the glass on my outer door which pulls down a screen at the same time. I had a cop grab the handle and try to open it as soon as I opened the door. The look on his face was priceless when it wouldn’t open. I told them both their chance to talk ended the second he grabbed that handle unless they had a warrant. They were there cuz the neighbor heard my guitar and called them. I closed the door and they left.
I mean I’m a jay treaty native and you’d be suprised how well “sir is a treaty native this is my proeprt and if you don’t get off now your never going to”
Works
Cops might not run from an armed black dude
And they might tell a white dude uttering threats “sir I’ll arrest you”
A big angry narive loonts out your breaking the law but if he wants to get physical you’ve got cousins?
That cop is running the fuck away
Crying
Shittinf in his pants
And then frantically looking up the phone number for the atf who are gonna laugh at him
And then calling the fbi who let him know he fucked uo and they’ll be sending cops to investigate the cop for breaking the law because “they’re allowed to hire lawyers now and we don’t need that smoke “
As a retired federal law enforcement officer, I would like to know what Sheriff Judd has to say about this incident.
Cops around this country have made it obvious it’s not even legal to defend yourself from a criminal in this day and age, the idea that you’re ever going to have a chance to defend yourself from a coward hiding behind a badge & qualified immunity is absurd.
There is only one possible way.
Make a lawfull example and give the judge a possibility to make a statement in favour of the constitution
@@peterpan-xf5gv Judges don't work for the constitution, they work with politicians. Politicians who see the Constitution as the enemy to their success. The police are by extension the modern-day castle guards and enforcers of unjust laws. Never will any of this evil trifecta every stand up for the citizenry.
@@peterpan-xf5gvLOL, trust the people that justified Tamir Rice's murder? Yea right.

@@lordbizerk1715 Nah, not really. He shot 2 drunk off duty cops in plain clothes & was still charged initially. Also that was the 90s, might as well have happened in a completely different country.
I truly appreciate the way that this guy is talking to the cops
Its an outrage that these officials are not accountable for actions everyone else is supposed to adhere.
Abolish qualified immunity. We are breeding tyrant behavior if we don't.
I mean they shouldn't qualify for immunity when they break the rules.
Are you calling police officers officials??
Don't need to abolish QI if the offenders aren't able to stand trial anymore.
@@aaftiyoDkcdicurak You're correct, they don't. This is something that people conveniently look over when they speak about QUALIFIED Immunity. If the cop is acting within their duties AND authority, then they're immune to civil action. If they are NOT acting within their duties AND authority, then they're open to civil action. A rights violation would mean they are not acting within their authority and therefore are no longer covered under Qualified Immunity for that incident.
God Bless you James for spreading the truth behind the Laws... justice is so important to an equitable society.
I can't believe cops have the balls to ask why they get the response they get.
Younger cops nowadays are hard headed and like the deputy on the phone said, they are gun ho and think they have something to prove. They are just like douchebag college kids with no moral compass
It would be really hard to feel bad for the cops if they got killed doing this shit
Feel bad ? I’d feel ecstatic .
MICHAEL,IT COULD HAPPEN IF THEY KEEP THIS SHIT UP!
I would not give 2 shits if they were ended right there on that doorstep
Amen
Cops should not be considered cops once they begin acting as criminals, this happens all over our nation daily, and it really needs to stop.
Love it.
Finally they came to the bedroom window peering in with their lites brighter than the sun! Could heard them mumbling among themselves.." hey there's the old man lying in the bed see him"? Finally after about 20 + minutes they left. Guess what? the same 2 returned at 2pm next day. They threated arrest for harboring a fugitive. Told them well that has to be proven. A kinder personality overcame his demeanor. We negotiated though the door way. I should've stood my ground yet, one must always weight the out come of when to stand and when to step aside. The deputy stated well, if if you have nothing to hid may we come in for a walk thru...then we will leave and enter in report you are not harboring. So they walked thru even into our religious sanctuary...even though they could tell it was just that. It all ended well. No harassment since, but in today's society with goverment departments interconnected harassment could always manifest on many levels. The police state is alive! our bill of rights are unknown to these indoctrinated lEOs.
Its tuff for the petty criminal...they are treated like scum. Parole is a joke, just a way to intimidate and collect revenue. The petty criminals are many times forced back into crime because the system is against hiring an excon. Definitely no rehabitation in the system any longer. How do I know? My dad worked for 32 years in the federal division of corrections & close to ten years after retirement for the state prison system. It's far worse today then his time and rehabilitation usually didn't happen unless there were supervisors like Dad who pushed for it, created it, provided opportunities for those inmates who wanted it. All the other parasites wearing the badge taking the oath only saw a paycheck never a chance to change a person's life. Dad you were great! Luv ya! 19:40
It's time to apply the 2nd Amendment to law enforcement.
I second that. It would bring a new meaning to, you're fired.
It was always meant to keep the government in check.
The main reason for the second amendment was and still is to defend against a Tyrannical Government and or its agents
@@oneangrygoylol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's the only thing now that will stop it.
Remember, a search warrant must define a specific location to be searched. It doesn't mean destroy the house like in the movies.
And what they are searching for.
I got a felony for a cop illegally arresting me in Kansas when I wasn't even doing anything wrong. Then I put my hands behind my back and the Guy grabbed me as hard as he could and spun me around so I clocked him. Backup came and they hit me with batons like bats and kicked me in the face while on top of me. My lawyer said I could sue and win, but no lawyers around would do it as they all knew the judge, the prosecutor, the police and everyone knew everyone else...3 weeks in jail, a level 7 felony, and 2 years of probation. My head and face literally looked like a cauliflower. I slept in the cell 2 weeks straight because I could not move at all, could not eat, could only sleep.
That's f''d up . This is exact reason people are losing faith in the system .

A pig should not be permitted to block a person's door without a warrant. That is entry and is a violation, entry without a warrant is a violation of your rights
At one point, cops have to be held accountable with extreme prejudice because they are here to serve and protect, but when a cop uses his title to overpower people, they must have the book thrown at them
Sadly they are trained to see us a potential enemy that way they can go home unharmed.
I see them as a potential enemy

So many corrupt cops, no more qualified immunity!!!! They need to be held accountable! Thank you for educating us all on our rights!❤Be safe!
And they need mandated personal police insurance so we can sue the shit out of them personally instead of having tax payers pay their lawsuits.

Wishful thinking. Nothing will happen unless the victim is willing to spend a fortune on an attorney.
Unfortunately it will never happen for a cop to see the inside of a jail for this type of behaviour.
Sue the department and file charges against the cops
No money, no justice
@@corvanna4438 The only problem with idea, the cops never be fired or disaplined fir their actions. Any money that comes the the law will come from the taxpayers, so the cops don`t care. We need to demand to get rid of their qualified immunity. When that is gone, then things will change. Since they will be paying any law suit out of their own pockets.
Much respect to the residents of this home! Had ever right to say anything. The cops don't get respect until they show it.
Why weren’t they arrested or at least fired ? Is it too late to start a campaign to hold them accountable and make Grady pick a path?
I've been saying this for years, SELF DEFENSE IS AUTHORIZED IN ALL SITUATIONS! Self defense also includes defense of property and possessions. Even on an officer, up to and including deadly force is lawful under case law, constitutional law, and policies. It doesn't state anywhere that cops have immunity to this.
