Residing in Connecticut at the time, the show was picked up on WLVI-56 Boston around 6:30P.M. It was also carried on WPIX-11 New York but was on late nights and was past my bedtime. Every day was a struggle on deciding what to watch, this or Bowling for Dollars on WOR-9 New York.
I remember watching this in my younger years. I remember one episode where a gal did the LaMaze breathing method to keep from laughing. I laughed harder at her actions than I did anyone else on there.
I always wanted to see the episode with David Copperfield as the celebrity guest. Jonelle Allen is in one of my favorite movies, the TV movie Victims with Kate Nelligan.

I used to watch it on 56 Boston also when it was first on. I believe channel 56 doesn't exist anymore

Wow what a young Garry Shandling! I miss him a lot.
Chocolate moose!🤣😆🤪
At 14:10 , I lost it!!
There was a celebrity episode with John McEnroe. One comic made a gay JI Joe. McEnroe almost died!
roger and roger are not easy
Were the contestants from the audience chosen at random?
Watching these clips, I notice 90% of the contestants are women under 35 who end up getting carted backstage.
🤔 🤪
The 3rd contestant, Pamela Finkel, what she was doing with her tongue to keep from laughing, was genius…and kinda sexually arousing.
05:00 I laughed.
So did Becky.
garry shandling rip
4:18 makes me weary of current hospital fashion since nurses no longer wear those.
Garry Handling was NOT funny at all.
Probably not, you can tell the host is a bit of a poon hound lol
His wife at the time was Elaine Joyce, a semi-regular panelist on the 1970s Match Game show. She was pretty.
