ionergy is my kick I stream different community games and do raves with the chat haha Getting Verified soon, and eventually KCIP! Thank you for letting us know about multi-streaming not counting towards KCIP hours..great info here! 🔥
Seeing that Twitch now allows multi-stream, I would think Kick would benefit from that and get more exposure. I stream on Twitch, YT, and Kick. I am a small streamer, so i welcome Kick as an alternative, but I don't expect to make it to the things you mentioned. If I can get to affiliate that would be a good goal for now.
I'm a 52 year old disabled Scottish man, always wanted to stream, but hated listening to my voice lol, maybe because I'm an introvert, always been shy, anyway, I'm thinking of buying a webcam and mic, and start streaming, have been watching lot's of videos, made a twitch account, just in case I DO buy my webcam and mic, and go for it, but, even though I've watched a lot of videos on streaming, some or most of them are so confusing, the streamers talk so fast, taking you to certain sights to download this and that, and don't realise that people starting this up, will take time to follow everything that they do, so, what's the easiest way to set up a streaming account, and get going.
I think requirements are a grind and your always thinking about targets like your in a 9 to 5 it drains the things what you Are passionate about i think
@@heyitsterry yeah but you are working for free until you get monetized this is what people don't get it's not about doing hard work it's about getting paid correctly for what you like doing if they are making money from ads on your channel then literally they are ripping creators off cos they are getting paid for those ads and you are not getting your cut think about it ?🤔
@@heyitsterry I put in the hard work it took me a week to record something and edit with a script for my crafting videos it was enjoyable making the content but one a week is the best I can do to make a video look well made
Thanks for the video, my kick is Adraxar. I play online games like Valorant and League. Would appreciate any tips for a new begginer. (did my first stream today)
Kick Is a bad platform . They Look after mates only like the Incentive Program they hand it out to mates... They dont even meet the requirements but they still get on the program. If your a small streamer Twich or youtube is a much better place for you.. Kick is bad for small streamers . Plus I dont think its going to be around for much longer anyway..
This comment makes no sense. I have been streaming on kick for 9 months and I have been able to build an audience as well as make a great source of supplemental income and I'm not even KCIP. Pretty much every KCIP member has been in the livestreaming space for years and have been building their community for a while. I don't understand how you can say twitch is better when they literally steal half of the money people give you and there is no discovery.
@Goldenboybrian everyone has their own opinion, including you. Twitch doesn’t steal your money, you sign an agreement. If you don’t like it, don’t become an affiliate and offer subs on a third party website. IMO once kick releases their api, I’ll start taking them seriously. For right now? They’re not a priority.
@@Goldenboybrianhey Brian. I’m about to receive all my gear to stream tmrw. I’m curious can I actually get 16$ an hour by meeting the guidelines? Cheers my man!
@Jimmyocean88 no. It’s a sliding scale based on chat activity, average viewers, etc. no one is getting a guaranteed $16 an hour. Some ‘might’ if their audience is large enough, but everything online is pointing to be more around the $7-$9 rage.
Love the simple and straightforward video Terry 🙏 Keep being yourself!

i would pass on this offer and join Twitch

Which is why I believe a lot of people that might qualify for the KCIP may skip it to continue multi streaming if they prefer it.

i was excited but the kick exclusivity turned me off so nope. Lost interest.
I think the KCIP is great for certain people, but imo a vast majority would be just fine staying as an affiliate.
seems reasonable thanks :) @@heyitsterry
That's weird as you said one of the reasons people jumped on kick was the multi streaming I'm Renegade Enigma there and twitch by the way
I wish there was a platform that didn't need requirements to meet to get paid
I’m glad there are requirements. Otherwise people wouldnt put in the work.

@@heyitsterry Yes good that there are requirement. Remember old days on youtube? Milions of new channels every day. Now only small portions survive.

Hey Terry thanks for the info. do you know what the hourly happens to be?
It’s a sliding scale based on viewers and hours streamed
@@heyitsterry do u know lowest and highest?
@CarenLive that information isn’t public unless someone leaks it, and that’s under contract.
its really like $18 an hour
@TheMayo4life there’s also people saying it’s around $10. It’s different based on your own analytics
