Thank you for this, it just helped me fix mine as it wasn’t starting. The kick start fuse had actually cut.
This video has saved me from towing my van to the dealer after engine rebuilt. I rebuild my M272 R350EVERYTHING IN PLACE, ALL WIRES CONNECTED BUT IT WILL NOT START. IT WILL NOT CLICK, NOR CRANK. I REALIZED LATER IT WAS THE FUSE 25

What’s the name of number fuse 59? Same thing happen to my clk 500 but my fuse 59 looks good so I think it’s a different fuse

ARG: I WAS TRYING TO REMOVE THE HARMONIC BALANCER BY PLACING A Ratchet ON THE BOLT AND CRANKING IT. IT DIDN'T LOOSEN THE BOLT AND NOW MY CAR WON'T TURN OVER, I CHECKED THE BATTERY ( GOOD) FUSE (GOOD) STARTER RELAY REPLACED NEW. DASH STILL FUNCTIONING. ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Tony, help me out, so if you look at the chart would that be fuse 14, 7.5 ampere it say (Ignition EIS Control Unit, , it this the same as the ignition? and it also says; fuse 122 Engine Starter 25 ampere. Is the correct one for the starter? Lastly, please take a look a the charts, I did not see any Relay associated with ignition or starter. Let me know what you think. Thanks
Alors je voulais dire que cette opération de remplacement du démarreur est très simple, je viens juste de finir et cela m'a pris même pas 1 heure pour le faire sur ma Mercedes w204 c220 cdi moteur om646.
Avant cette opération j'avais une très grande crainte de le faire car j'avais vu sur le net que c'était compliqué avec notamment ce boulon du dessus mais finalement il en rien.
Pas la peine de dévisser le support de boite comme beaucoup le dise et aussi il en a beaucoup qui ne retire pas partiellement la collerette de crémaillère qui gène et qui ne prend que 2 minutes à faire.
Ça a été tout seul, j'ai commencé à 13h05 et j'ai terminé à 14h.
Le boulon du dessus se dévisse en encore plus facilement que celui du dessous je trouve.

@@andresmontoya1096 yo quite el relay y no funciono, pero revise uno por uno los fusibles y encontré que un fusible de arranque estaba quemado. lo cambie y arranco sin problema

I have a 2005 ML350. The car shut off while I was driving. It does not give me any error or check engine light. Took it to Autozone and they said battery and Alternator were good. I replaced the crank shaft position sensor, & air filter. I’m still having an issue. I noticed that when it shuts down, it will not allow me to Imidiate my start the car. I usually have to wait about 5-10 minutes before I try again. I also noticed the fuse box clicks when the car loses power and the engine shuts down. The engine fan comes on. I’ve noticed the fan usually comes on when there is a bad relay. Can you help me?

Hi, I'm having some issue with E220. When u put the key into the ignition....all the sounds come and lights are all blicking...just the usual thing...but when u try to put the key into the 3rd postion....the motor wont start. Is this due to battery or same fuse? Please guide

There's also one of those black box fuses, like K-7 I believe, that is related to the starter as well, and Auto Zone or Napa does not carry them either.
