I’ve had lots of kidney stone and several different surgeries. Depending on the location and what type of surgery it is will decide how your recovery goes. Hopefully they can use the laser to break it up as that is not very invasive at all. I’ve also had lithotripsy for larger stones still located in the kidney. Neither involves any cutting. They usually do put a stent in after but not always. My last one was day surgery and didn’t require a stent so was fine in a couple of days. Best of luck to you will be 🙏 everything goes smoothly. I'm glad you mentioned Cherry Almond Shortbread is basically Almond Croissant with cherry. I thought I would love Almond Croissant, but mine just smelled like salty bread, no almond note detectable. Now I see the surgery. I had watched some of this video yesterday, but had to leave. I'm sorry to hear you're going through something with your house at the same time. God bless you! I had kidney surgery 22 years ago because most of my kidney was calcified and most of it was removed. I did not know how the surgery was going to go, but when I woke up, they had cut me open most of my left side of my body! Maybe surgeries are not that evasive these days I pray! 🙏 I know it took me a good 3 months to recover and then the doctor who performed my surgery did not take out my stunt before I left the hospital and I was there for a week. I got such a bad infection from the stunt being left in me and I also got thrush from the infection,it was awful. I pray everything goes well for your surgery/recovery and it’s a lot easier nowadays! What candles that are left from sas on line aren't 40% off either I threw another Berry waffle cone in with my candle order and it wasn't discounted. Must of only been that way in store if you got yours at a lower price. Wishing you well with your surgery. I had surgery back in March on my Gallbladder thinking well supposed to be a 45 minute surgery or so i would then go to recovery and be home in No time. Ended up being a 5 hr plus surgery because my Gallbladder had imploded and was poisoning my body. My Dr had to clean me out 6 times had drain tube in my side which i had to come home with after spending 7days in the hospital and then go back to my drs office a week and half later to have it removed along with my post op appointment. . I was on very strong antibiotics in hospital and was sent home with two prescriptions of it also. Started having blood clots forming and the nurses had to start bringing in shots to give me in my stomach to stop the clotting. It was terrible. I had been having problems with my stomach for a year prior and went to ER several times because the pain was excruciating. I should have had it taken out sooner but at that time my gallbladder showed No signs of infection only gallstones. So figured i would hold off a bit longer on the surgery. Plus im stubborn! Unfortunately 3 months later My surgery was scheduled and thats when everything happened with an imploded gallbladder. I had started running a temp a few days prior and had some antibiotics at home for sinusitis that i had not taken so started those before i went in for surgery. Dr told me taking those antibiotics is what helped save me prior to surgery. So im Blessed and Thankful im still here. Ill be 56 the 29th of this month and still not completely healed from that surgery because i chose to hold off on having it done a lil longer which was a big mistake! I also have lots of other Health issues as well like fibromyalgia, neuropathy, peripheral artery disease, herniated disc in my back, Stomach ulcer, migraines etc. So its rough but I Thank God that im still here. Not trying to scare you by any means because your surgery is totally different. Im just trying to say to anyone when you need something removed that can actually implode or cause other issues get it out as soon as possible because if i had gotten mine out the first time the ER sent me to the hospital and i spent one night and could of had surgery the next day I probably wouldn't of had to go through all that I did almost loosing my life. Ive had surgeries before and none has taken as long to recover from as this one. I know my body had been through alot with the gallbladder surgery and it is taking some time to completely recover even though im alot better than I was . Oh I’m so sorry dear you have been through a lot. I had my gallbladder removed back in the 90’s it went well just took a few weeks to recover.
