Sainsbury's own beers are usually pretty good. Seasonal own brand beers and ciders can be hit or miss, typically the ones under 4% usually taste naff but this sounds solid, love their own IPAs. Always from decent breweries too, plus on the 4 for £7, cheers
That's gona have to be dam good if its any more tasty than your own original brew the Jasper Ginger Ale. Couldn't get enough of that. The ginger was lovely and pronounced and was warming which is lovely to me :)
Looks like a great beer for Xmas , going to get some of these soon after that review 👍 Paul can you review that Red Fox fullers beer? Never tried it before thanks!
@@paulsbeerreviews northern monk Bertha stout sold in Morrisons, it one of their seasonal drops you've reviewed the peanut butter and jam which I agreed with you was a mess, this one I liked but interested to see what you think
Does hoffmeister 0.5 have a similar taste profile to lucky saint as I tried lucky saint and really wasent keen on it although I thought the balance was nice on not to mucth carbonisation and had a good body to it but thought it ha a really strange after taste
@@paulsbeerreviews is it still worth a try do u think evan if I didnt like lucky saint do an oder for some drinks in a couple off weeks or so and tempted just to try 2 bottles
Good review, I'll see if I can pick one up.
Hey Paul … love me some amber ale
Hey buddy. Cheers to you 🍻
And at the price a winner all round 👍
I'm a sucker for a Christmas beer so will look to pick this one up. I will drink mine at 'garage temperature'.......around 10-12 degrees.

It is similar yes. Preferred it slightly to Lucky Saint though. It just had a bit more of a classic German Helles flavour to it.
@@paulsbeerreviews I might not like it then as really wasent keen on lucky saint strange aftertaste
I have had a German larger before I had bitburger drive not so long ago really nice non alcoholic drink
