Royal Caribbean had oxtail and curry goat and other Caribbean fare on a cruise we went on a few years ago. My mother, who is from Haiti 🇭🇹 , was happy to see cultural food diversity on the ship.

I’m going on the Utopia in a week so this caught my eye. Thanks for the preview! I put up a sticky note on my door with a list of my needs for the stateroom attendant in case I miss him/her. (As for Caribbean night, it depends on who the resident head chef is. I’ve had oxtail and curried goat several times in the past few years…all good. The chef was from Jamaica, I called him “Grandma” Kevin because he made Jamaican food that tasted like my grandmother’s…very authentic and delicious!)

We were parked next to you while at Coco Cay on Harmony of the Seas on July 25th and Utopia is a beautiful new impressive ship. If I knew there were oxtails on your ship I probably would have begged for a plate. We had oxtails on Liberty of the Seas in 2021 but none since then. Can’t wait to meet up with you soon.
