Why Australia Built a Fence Across the Entire Continent

- Australia built a fence across the entire continent, called the Dingo Fence, to protect their livestock from wild dingoes. These dingoes were preying on sheep and cattle, causing huge losses for farmers. The fence, stretching over 5,600 kilometers, aimed to keep the dingoes out of southeastern Australia, where most of the farming happens. It's one of the longest structures in the world, designed to control the dingo population and safeguard agriculture. The fence has had mixed results, impacting both the environment and wildlife in various ways.

A mere ocean will not stop all the doctors, scientists, and teachers that arrive by large rafts.
Any other aussies see this and think straight away - it’s built for the same reason as the Great Wall of China - to keep the rabbits out!
Australia can build this but American can’t even build one on its shortest boarders
To keep what animals out
@@Kachanakasoka humans are animals too!
Mexicans 😂
@@indayamulembe it’s more than Mexicans and cartel now days. It’s chineese Haitians etc

Today i found out Australia has camels
Yep, over 1,000,000 of them for a country with 26,000,000 people.
They were taken there by the British as beasts of burden, along with elephants. The elephants were set free to run wild in the outback as industrialization kicked in and were later hunted for sport until they were extinct.
Introduced
Watch the heartbreaking movie. Rabbit Proof Femce
Australia uses kilometres not miles
So
As everyone should
That is the least of y’all‘s concerns. Have you seen some legislation coming out of Australia?
@@chafedbm immigration, housings issues cost of living tell me the bad news
Have you seen some of the legislation and other things coming from America?
There's a movie rabbit proof fence. Deals with the treatment of aborígenes in Australia
Dingos, they’ll eat yeh baybies!
The woman who said the dingo ate her baby was proved right after new evidence came to light.
Is this not what's known as the rabbit proof fence....as seen in the film of the same name that was about the abhorrent treatment of the indigenous people of Australia...?
They made this wall because of titans and kaijus 😂😂😂😂
This is for me! 🐶
Holy AI Batman
The same did on Jellostoun whene they killed all the wolves and than the moose population grow bigger so they ate all pines and other trees so they brought back the wolves
I bet Eystreem should definitely go outside the fence.
How about humans?
They will pass the fence just like the animals also pass the fence.
Dingos are imported with the blackfellas about 5/10 thousand years ago, they aren’t native
Parts of the fence can be up to 2mtrs high. A lot of its being improved & replaced
They should have done it Chinese way
Dam human animals keep crossing the gate.
rabbit proof fence . Great ozzie movie
Don't dingos eat rabbits?
because there is a new state in year 2024
Really want to tell me about it🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷♀️
About of Australia I want ask these questions: am I right there's the most Deadliest animals in the World, people in Australia dosen't live much in there because almost a whole Australia is a dry desert or savanna, they're living the most in their Prime City Sidney what is the Only City what I'll know is in Australia and is there any other cities or villages in Australia? By the way did you guys knew Australia is one of those countries that is practically impossible to conquer because Australia is that huge island country in the Middle of huge ocean. 🌏🇦🇺
As a resident of Australia, we do have some of the most deadliest creatures in the world
Australia has a lot of harsh desert land BUT there are some Aussies and indigenous aboriginal ppl who live in these harsh lands.
Sydney is the most recognised city from Australia BUT it is NOT THE ONLY City.
And yes Australia would be hard to conquer bc of its Landscape, oh and bc of Australia's own Military ( we do tote Guns here mate lol )
Ooh thank you so much for these details, I would love to visit in Australia like in Sidney, but in Australia there's just too dangerous animals... @@txddyfarquh69
@DontDelete-fp8oy I'll comment always when it's interesting video.
We also have massive unguarded coastlines. But technology, satellite etc are in place now so that opportunity for invasion has passed. A savanna is more accurate. There are many deserts but mostly the outback as such has vegetation and wild life. Its very hostile, can get very hot. If you get lost in the outback you will most likely die without knowing how to get your bush tucker or other survival skills. The dangerous critters isnt too much too worry around. We've all seen them, I had to fight off the odd black snake, the red back spiders are pretty timid. But the Sydney funnel web is the one to watch out for.
And off coarse those intoxicated drop bears.
stay away!!!
Well, im third 🤓☝️
