    Great advice Brent! Comparing yourself to others is pretty much a waste of time. Trying to discover how good you can become is far more rewarding. I love playing and practicing everyday, and I practically do all the things you described in this video. I assure you, you are not alone. When it comes to the kitchen remember the acronym GBOMBS. Greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries, and seeds. Please make sure these foods are in your kitchen and make them a substantial part of your diet.
