Hello, I hope you have figured out how to help your baby's tongue stay down so she can breast feed her. My first born son (now 15 years old) had the exact same problem and a lactation consultant helped us figure it out. She gave us a special bottle that had a long skinny tube, we would clip the bottle to our shirt and tape the tube to our very well washed finger and stick out finger in his mouth to teach him to suck and keep his tongue down. I was pumping but also had to supplement with formula and I was so scared I would lose my milk supply because he couldn't breastfeed. The best part about this bottle was that my husband was able to feed him. After doing the finger feeding I would tape the tube to my breast so that he would get enough milk and I'm happy to report that by about 2 1/2 months he didnt need the bottle anymore or formula!!! Once he was able to latch on my milk supply went up and he was only nursed till it was time for baby food. I ended up nursing him to 2 1/2 years old. I'm going to check if you have an email on your information and I can send you a picture of the bottle because I dont know the name of the bottle. Hope that helps! No matter how long its been if you want to breastfeed her it's possible especially since Miles is breastfeeding. God bless you and your beautiful family💖

Hello, I hope you have figured out how to help your baby's tongue stay down so she can breast feed her. My first born son (now 15 years old) had the exact same problem and a lactation consultant helped us figure it out.
