Artist Spotlight - Chloe Watego

We caught up with local artist and proud South Sea Islander and Iman woman Chloe Watego during the installation of her first solo exhibition Pastel Era at the Maroochydore Library Artspace.
As a self-taught artist, Chloe uses painting for creative expression and to aid in healing as she continues to explore her family's heritage. In our talk we found out more about that family heritage and how it shapes her as the artist she is today. We find out a bit more about the Pastel Era work and where she wishes to go in the future as an artist.
