    How fast your sauerkraut ferments depends on the temperature in your home. I live in Central Florida and I learned to check my kraut weekly. I like mine fairly sour so about 30 days for me. Enjoy your sauerkraut. I love that sourdough crock! I’ve never seen one like that. God Bless

    Sauerkraut is a gut health SUPERSTAR! I can’t wait to try your recipe as I eat sauerkraut almost daily. The store bought kind just isn’t the same. 🥬 looks delish!

      I'm excited too.. I ate some of the regular sauerkraut at two weeks . It was "meh ".. this Sunday will be 4 weeks so I'm excited to try both.
