    I do a yogurt bowl too, but I add berries to mine. Excellent way to help with my sweet tooth and get protein and fiber.

      Oh great idea! I had mixed berries in my smoothie this morning! I need to get some fresh ones and add them to my yogurt! Yay for summer fruit season 💃💃

      I love plain greek yogurt topped with frozen berries and local raw honey (when honey is cold, it has a caramel consistency 🤤).

      @@cristin8073 I put honey on mine too!! Sometimes I will add a grain free granola.
